By bluemax Go To Postlol they can say whatever.😂
Pistons stopped bothering to cover Reed offball because they realized nobody on this Rockets team will pass to him lol.

oh no
Anyway
By Sharp Go To PostHe and Wemby deserved each other… oh well.Reed: "I'm wide open! I shoot 38% from three as a rookie! Pass me the ball!"
Brooks: "Dillon time, swish!"
By knux-future Go To Postthey were up 20 when he sat and then the game got to 6
I know people hate Biid but it feels too much atm
He moving around like Miami Zydrunas. His 3rd quarter was terrible. They were up 20 when he came in the 3rd and the Aussies cut it to 12 which is when I said that, they got it back to 16 before he went out. He looks terrible though, just watching him he shouldn't be out there
By reilo Go To PostReed: "I'm wide open! I shoot 38% from three as a rookie! Pass me the ball!"Cam is literally 1-14.
Brooks: "Dillon time, swish!"
I ljust watched Clingan make a pass from the freethrow line pocket to a baseline cutter for an assist.
I've seen enough. Trade Ayton.

By reilo Go To PostI've seen enough. I watched Clingan make a pass from the freethrow line pocket to a baseline cutter for an assist. He does look way better this game so far, I feel like he was trying to prove he could stretch the floor in the first game instead of just playing within the offense.

By Sharp Go To PostHe does look way better this game so far, I feel like he was trying to prove he could stretch the floor in the first game instead of just playing within the offense. The interior defense is falling apart for Portland with him on the bench the Sixers are just driving and crashing the offensive glass at will

Jalen Green will be the biggest offender. I have no doubt Reed will be able to play with Sengun, Amen, Tari, Jabari and even Brooks but he'll just be a stand in the corner guy with Green
By DY_nasty Go To PostI'm not sure what happens with Green either tbh. Really is another Lavine situationThere's a huge difference, which is that they don't owe him any money.
By Sharp Go To PostThere's a huge difference, which is that they don't owe him any money.I mean before Lavine even got to Chicago. People weren't even sure if the best version of the guy was worth it
I do think there's something to Clingan being out of shape right now (some UConn fans have mentioned this was a problem for him during the season as well). He should be making dunks like that with ease.
If you're significantly worse than your identical twin, does that mean it's an indictment of your character?
By DY_nasty Go To PostI mean before Lavine even got to Chicago. People weren't even sure if the best version of the guy was worth it
Green falls into that Beal and LaVine lane of shooting guards that can get you 25+ and you're still like 🫤
so why isnt Scoot playing? Even Miller is out there for the Hornets and he was actually good last year.
By diehard Go To PostIf you're significantly worse than your identical twin, does that mean it's an indictment of your character?Apparently their dad made them both shoot left handed. Keegan decided he was right handed. Kris still shoots left. I think he must be a righty, too.
By domino Go To Postso why isnt Scoot playing? Even Miller is out there for the Hornets and he was actually good last year.Team held him back, noone knows why. He should be out here for a couple of games.
Impressive dunk by Clingan
Followed by an incredible assist from the three point line to the baseline cutter

By reilo Go To PostImpressive dunk by ClinganThe Sixers really can't score at the rim when he's on the floor (outside of transition which I think is conditioning related on his part).

Double the cigarettes
By Sharp Go To PostClingan's on/off going crazy right now lol.+13 in a game where Portland's up by 1, my RAPM prince that was promised.
Yeah, I have 0 worries about Clingan. Need to see him with an actual good guard. Dude needs to work on his conditioning. Wouldn’t hurt to get stronger too but that kid… highway robbery in this draft.

By reilo Go To PostIt's two SL games but Clingan hasn't been in foul trouble yet and usually young bigs are 🤔Part of what makes Clingan really good defensively is that he contests and blocks without fouling. He a 1.2 BLK:PF ratio last year (Wemby last year had the highest BLK:PF ratio of any season in NBA history and the list of guys who were high in this stat is littered with hall of fame rim protectors, in case you're wondering whether this ratio is correlated with good defense).

Like, I'm not joking:
By DY_nasty Go To Postwhat watching ayton play a whole season does to a manThey couldn't be more opposites it's hilarious
By reilo Go To PostI ljust watched Clingan make a pass from the freethrow line pocket to a baseline cutter for an assist.I was pretty happy both Missi and Karlo made this pass at least twice last game. It made me feel slightly better for next season.

I had him 3rd behind Steph Castle but close enough.
Like, I don’t see anything here that doesn’t translate to the NBA in relatively short order. We’ll see how it goes but like… this is Jusuf Nurkic with less warts and better defense so far.
By DY_nasty Go To PostI'm not sure what happens with Green either tbh. Really is another Lavine situationSome Pels fans want to trade Ingram for him. I don't see the Pels extending either of them, but these fans have faith that Green just needs a new situation and he can thrive.
These people disgust me.
By reilo Go To PostHoly shit at that Clingan block to get the possession backNow imagine this defense, but surrounded by competent guard play and 3&D guys.
