Looks like the Spurs will sneak into the playoffs this year, and that's also likely a good upgrade for the Kings too. Win/Win. Bulls though, LOL
Time to send Keegan to the Blazers for Jerami Grant 👺

Depends, they're signing a lot of guys that are kind of washed lol. Seems like the right move though, they're still almost certainly better than the garbage players they're replacing, and if it turns out guys like Barnes and CP3 are truly done 2025 wouldn't be a bad year to soft tank.
By DY_nasty Go To Postlooking back, lonzo was one of the most unique and …weird top prospects ever
also im tempted to watch sac whodafucks 2: who the actual fuck vs china
Lonzo made no sense, he was really like a smaller Draymond that took threes.
barnes and cp3 getting ready for life after ball fr

How do they keep getting unprotected firsts lol, it's too bad they suck at drafting because they're really good at getting value out of trades.

if he had a FT to rely on earlier in his career, he might've been a legit downhill player instead of building up such weird bad habits. i don't know what an ideal situation for him is either way though.

Lakers. Maybe Rox too. Clippers also a mess.
TBF I’m probably overrating sophomore Wemby like, a lot after watching him and Rudy mug everyone
By unknown Go To Postanother L for lakers, lol kado.
Enjoying this offseason immensely
By Christberg Go To PostLakers. Maybe Rox too. Clippers also a mess. The problem is that they have to jump like 24 wins from last season to match the Warriors' win total last year (though only 16 expected wins to reach the 10th best expected win total in the West last year, by net rating, which is more plausible). It could happen but it would need more to go right for them than Wemby going LeBron mode, IMO.

Spurs must know something about that 5th grade recruiting class.

Back to planning the parade.
If Malone doesn't try to play him as a centre it's a good signing.
so just how bad was Bronny today? I get the feeling the box score might be not telling the full story

Jazz are still $15M under the salary floor. Someone not very good is about to get overpaid.
Or maybe Lauri gets this next year re-structured but i can't remember if thats a thing

Way I figure it these are the likely playoff teams, and if the Pelicans don’t get a decent center somehow they’re screwed if they meet the Spurs in the play-in
OKC
Wolves
Mavs
Denver
GSW
Kings
Suns
Pelicans
Suns are a KD injury away from being cooked too. West lower playoff spots are actually kinda open. GSW same thing with Steph.
Memphis is back, Clippers are probably just fine (through the regular season at least), and Houston won 41 games last year too
The only team I see them catching out west is Utah tbh. Just too many holes to fill and after a bad stretch, the race to the bottom for this draft class will be too appealing

Crap, forgot about Memphis. Yeah, they’re a lottery team again probably. 🤷♂️
I have no faith in Kawhi’s knees and that team is gonna be trash whenever he sits

By Christberg Go To PostThe fact Tyus Jones isn't signed yet is bizarre to me.
I think he wants a legit chance at a starting role and a degree of long term commitment even if it's under market value. But I don't think anyone around the league wants him for that role.

He'd still be the best guard on the Spurs, and the best PG on the Nets.
But hasn't every team used up their FA cap space?

All the good ones have AFAIK. But then I’d tell that kid to go hit up the Nuggets ASAP because that’s a place he can potentially win AND land a big role. 6th man at worst but right now the starting SF is… Christian Braun I think?

Jones is okay, he's just a nice backup PG that starts on a bad team. I wouldn't want to pay him either 🤷🏾♂️ The Spurs got Cp3 for one year, if they had Jones they'd have to pay him close to starter money for 3-4 years and he'd be coming off the bench by year 2 or 3, same with the Nets, there's 2 PGs in the top 6 of this draft.

Meant SG, not enough coffee 😂
Start at SG, shift to PG when Jamal sits. Not ideal on defense but it’ll more than work.
By reilo Go To PostYo what is wrong with Castle's jumpshot…he doesn't know how to shoot on purpose
That trebuchet hitch needs fixing ASAP
like mechanically, practice pressure - he's fine. either pop breaks that wall down or he's rodney carney/dahntay jones status
im watching USA/Italy U17 final and I thought there was a 3rd Boozer kid. This Koa Peat guy looks just like them. Baller too.
I need Puerto Rico to beat Lithuania tonight so that Lithuania doesn't qualify for the Olympics and Rokas Jokubaitis can play for us in summer league. Fuck the ambitions of their country...

I'd bet Flagg can count on one hand, the number of times he's had his jumper blocked since he turned 16.
