Draw feet on it so we know its you

Ainge isn't giving up Lauri for Wiggins, Looney and some seconds. Warriors don't have enough firsts to entice Ainge.

This guy he literally said Looney and Wiggins lmao
Nah Ainge will get his pound of flesh with Kuminga, Podz, and TJD. Wiggins is just salary filler.

I don't think they do the deal if they can't keep one of Podz or Kuminga.
By Sharp Go To PostCome on dude Kennard's taken 1800 threes, he's just better lol. Playing fewer games just makes his % vary more around his average between seasons. He has played one less season and about half as many games. 1800 compared to Buddy 4800 is actually a pretty big difference.
I do think Luke is the better shooter but again I don't think is that massive of a gap between them.
The age tho

Lakers can't even sign an assistant coach
"did not want to uproot his family" is the nice way of saying GTFO

he was never going to leave and never going to take a discount unless they got a legit star somehow.
he needs every $ for ownership.

Laker fans really wild
By Rob Go To PostDidn’t he take a little less when going to the Heat?Wade took the cut if memory serves me right...
they all did.
LeBron, Wade, Bosh took 15m less.
Haslem also took less than he was offered by the Bucks.
Riley paid Haslem back nicely tho.

From Cameroon and started playing basketball at 16, 4 years later he's a first rounder. That's the Embiid and Siakam development plan, I'd get shocked if someone that works that hard doesn't pan out

feels like if you don't play soccer or tennis by age 8 it's game over.
By jjasper Go To PostA lottery team being a second apron team is some special GM’ingBut brother they drafted a near 24-year-old at the 17th pick in a historically bad draft.
PLAN THE PARADE.

6'9" and up can start very late, the taller you are the later you can start, he's 7'0"' in shoes. If you're athletic and coordinated at that size you're halfway to the NBA.
You'll never see guards start that late though, the smaller you are the more skilled you need to be and dribbling a ball should start ASAP.

He focused mostly on playing soccer which honestly translated very well to his skillset.

Lol

That's the best base sport for a kid, I would definitely start my kids off with that then work them into other sports. Even down to the team passing it all works for basketball.
By Rob Go To PostAccording to spotrac the only teams in worse position are Suns and BostonIt makes zero sense for a team like LA to be in the second apron. Your ability to improve your roster is basically zero outside of the draft. They are still operating like the old rules are in place and it is really just a hit to the pocket book and really nothing else.
Lol

Can we all just take a minute and remember that they had the perfect center to play with AD and Bron, but let him walk for nothing 🤣 they'd probably have won another title had they just kept Brook. That is one of the more sneaky boneheaded decisions they made that everyone forgets. A rim protecting 3 point shooting C is probably the most coveted player in the league outside of wings.

February 7, 2019: Traded by the Los Angeles Lakers with Michael Beasley to the Los Angeles Clippers for Mike Muscala.I mean, COME ON
Don't forget:
Mo Wagner
Josh Hart
Alex Caruso
All great Lebron-AD fits*
*yes I know Hart was traded for AD
Tatum will save the lakers in 3 years
Lakers goofed so much during LeBron’s LA run lol, dummies saw AD got hurt with no solid center and decided to trade key pieces for SHOOKbrook
A fan favorite vet in Carushow with solid defense and can hit shots doesn’t get paid
What were they thinking

Teams have no incentive to take their garbage and if anything, incentivized to not take their garbage
Does any team wanna risk putting themselves into the first or second apron to take back D’Lo?

Oh wait you already said that one... I just still find it amazing that they let him walk over so little.
By Sharp Go To PostAnd Caruso lol.I mentioned him already.
Only one I can forgive is sending out Hart to NOP for AD because yea that makes sense.
But if they had done nothing, they could've had:
PG-filler (a Tyus Jones type, anyone?)
Caruso/KCP
Lebron
AD
Zubac/Mo Wagner
Like that team would've been far better than anything they fielded last 3-4 seasons.
But they had to go and get Westbrook.
