By Laboured Go To PostFrustrating that Will is constantly pulling the strings and getting whatever he wants.
By Xpike Go To PostReus leaving Dortmundif by some miracle he manages to be fit enough and if by another miracle he manages to win it, he'd injure himself lifting it.
Would be a magical end to lift the CL
otoh, that would probably make penny come back #fuckpenny

I’m still holding out hope Mourinho will be able to sign Reus in time for the first match of our 15/16 season.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostI’m still holding out hope Mourinho will be able to sign Reus in time for the first match of our 15/16 season. It's definitely sounding like Poch is seeing the writing on the walls and is certainly feeling something from up top.
Imagine if they hand this group of players over to Conte. He'd choke Mudryk to death within weeks of the US preseason tour and they'd find his body in the San Fransisco Bay.
Nike has emailed about the Haaland 1's release:
🫠
A giant both on and off the pitch, Erling Haaland's presence looms large over sport and culture.
Arriving on the feet of one of the greatest footballers on the planet, the latest colorway of the Air Max Dn features a sleek, muted upper and a blaze of orange and red on the shank. It's a versatile staple that stands out in every fit.

By Laboured Go To PostI can't imgine a group of players less suited to Conte's personality, if not his football. He shouldn't be allowed to have children let alone entrusted to manage, coach or teach them.

Luton are going to get relegated because they just haven't turned up for a lot of their most winnable games I think
Feel like they've put in their best performances against the best teams which isn't ideal since they lose those games anyway.

By Laboured Go To PostYoung looking every bit the 38 year old converted full back there. He's played half his career at that position (started playing there in 2014)

They should really burn the whole stadium down. Imagine owning savio for two years, never see him play for your club but only for Girona where he's pogging out, and now he's going to city. 💀
By Laboured Go To PostHard to think where Arsenal would be without Raya's shot stopping.Probably the same position because it's been the players infront of him doing most of the work.
By Scum Go To PostI don’t get it. The season isn’t over?
By Perfect Blue Go To PostI don’t get it. The season isn’t over?No one can beat his number of clean sheets and anyone who can equal has played more games so Raya would still win.

Sorry Horse there are just so many Arsenal fans that seem to think Raya is some world class keeper that's taken us to the next level that I find it hard to tell the jokes apart.
think his footwork and way of playing out the back has made us a better side, and considering this was only his first season with no preseason i can imagine he'll only iron out all the kinks as it goes
By FortuneFaded Go To PostNo one can beat his number of clean sheets and anyone who can equal has played more games so Raya would still win.Oh I see. For some reason I thought it was about goals allowed.
Tbf to Raya, it’d not that easy to stay switched on when your team is in control for most of the match. I think he’s had a pretty significant impact. It’s a fairly common pattern that a good shot stopper loses their touch when moving to a team that plays mostly in the opposite half of the pitch.

I have…so many questions.
Maybe it is because I have lived in Korea too long and these type of mashups are common on Korean baseball shirts, but I don’t hate them.

The Ramsdale stuff was weird and I'm not sure anything would have been said about it if he wasn't English
Arsenal were in a situation where a couple of positions could have done with a small upgrade to turn them from surprise challengers to consistent contenders, and a bank-breaker to just slot into the team and not have to think about for the next six years. In Rice they got a brilliant player who has basically negated Partey's lack of availability. Havertz a bit of a sideways move from Jesus imo, but he's been able to do a job deeper as well and also has basically made Jesus pretty redundant since he's barely ever fit either.
It would have been idiotic for arsenal to identify Raya as a reasonably priced upgrade who better fits the football they want to play, and then just ignore it because of the non-wisdom that surrounds goalkeepers' role in the squad.
In an ideal world arteta would have been able to just say that Ramsdale had been relegated to second choice, but that would have only sparked a greater shitstorm for him and both players.
