How does he do it
Just reflecting on all the those claiming Man City were there for the taking when Arsenal played away… they literally had not lost and have not lost a game since December. In what world were Man City in bad form?
Either way, really happy and proud of the lads this season. Besides some shit games, they broke club records, won big away games, showed that they could go deep into UCL (just need to shake off the nerves), had the best defense, and went unbeaten against the “big six”. The team is starting to feel complete, reckon we’re 2-3 players away from having a monster squad. Will unfortunately need to sell off a lot of players.
Sell list:
-Nketiah
-Reiss
-Tavares
-lokonga
-Tierney
-ESR
Maybe:
-Partey
-Zinny
-Jesus
-Vieira
Buy:
-ST
-RW
-CDM/CM

I don’t agree when them ever being there for the taking, not with their squad. However, I do think Arteta plays cowardly against teams he thinks pose a real threat.
Could not be prouder of this team, we fought until the end and that is what mattered, there is not much to do if City go like 15 wins in a row

Again this is a shit take, he’s done this for years admittedly to my frustration, against all sorts of teams. He’s risk adverse.

Will said we were smashing everyone, but we were smashing bad teams.
I don’t think any Arsenal fan thinks we approached that game with the wrong mindset.
It was a mature performance from a team that is still learning what needs to be done to win a title.
Put the title in our own hands.
If we went back in time then I would still take that result.

So he is a pragmatic manager?
I don’t see anything wrong with that. Rather someone who can analyse a matchup and determines the best course of action for a specific game than just go out there and play a certain way and results be damned.
Carlo Ancelotti is one of the most pragmatic managers out there. Don’t think anyone calls him cowardly.
By Fergie Go To PostMilan is playing Roma in Australia on 31st of May. Stupid, but it isn't as if the team is tired, they've barely played this year.

I think Ancelotti should have them playing better football than they do over in Madrid, personally. The way they play has never really rung as being cowardly for me, because you don’t see them time-wasting on throw-ins and goal kicks the same way Arsenal do. But I wouldn’t use Ancelotti’s football as a beacon to aspire to. They have lived a charmed life in the champions league over his latest tenure there.

See what Rodri thinks about it:
By Willkiller Go To PostSee what Rodri thinks about it:When they came to the Emirates they didn't even have a shot on target in the second half and they lost, you could say the same about them. It's all a load of bollocks.
We took 4 points off City when usually we would drop 6. We lost the league because we wobbled in December, it's as simple as that.
By Punished Go To PostReally didn't see 4 centre backs coming back in vogue.
Suppose it depends on the profile of CB. Gvardiol is built like one but has the speed and attacking prowess of an LB.

A.) Welcome to high-powered lawyerdom! Every single one of them does this for any case where it can be done.
B.) What makes one technicality more nonsense than others?
C.) It’s a shame some rando decided to use the Swiss Ramble’s incredibly well deserved reputation and run with it when they clearly lack anything comparable to his ability to present information impartially.
By barber Go To PostWhich striker do Arse bros want?Honestly don’t know
We’ve been linked with so many, it’s hard to see what type of striker Arteta would want. I don’t think he wants someone that just stays in the box. Anyway, scoring goals is not an issue for this current team.

How about you take the next Højlund before he cost 80m?
Emil Højlund is ready. Package deal you can also get Ori Oskarsson. Scored a hattrick the other day.
30m and they are yours.
