Bernardo and KDB interview then was brilliant
“There’s no egos.”
“The manager sets the tone.”
“The new guys who come in know from day one they have to work as hard as everyone else.”
If United could employ one of the above they might stand a chance next weekend.

He's fucken great and makes us better just by being on the pitch. But Brighton were still playing through us easily and but for some excellent last gasp tackles/clearances they would have scored several times.
Need a massive improvement in our systems and tactics to go along with better players.

Only 3 more important games before the season is over. Shit season. Absolute shit.

Now that the season is over, I thought I’d do a players rating for Arsenal based on our best team.
Raya - Shaky at the start but grew into the role as the season went on, won the Golden Glove for most clean sheets but I couldn’t tell you if he deserved it or not since the back 4 in front of him were pretty much impenetrable, lol 6/10
White - Dependable as fuck and a cheeky little scamp to boot lol. Brilliant running up and down the right flank supporting Saka. Improved massively after the turn of the year after a shaky first half. 8/10
Saliba - Best CB in the league and still so young. I love how confident he is on the ball. Would start for any top team and I fear Madrid coming for him in the next few years. 10/10
Gabriel - Wonderful after a few games at the beginning but I still think he has a mad one in him. Still, his partnership with Saliba has been incredible to watch all season. 9/10
Kiwior - Very good performances at LB considering it’s not his natural position. Got skinned a few times against Sane in the CL and hasn’t really played since (I like Tomi more in this role) but it’s a learning curve for him. 6.5/10
Rice - Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. What more can I say about Big Dec? The real heartbeat in Arteta’s team. Bargain at 105m. 10/10
Odegaard - Magical to watch, some of the touches and passes he was pulling off were almost orgasmic. Perhaps my only criticism of him is that he’s very one-footed but that’s a minor nitpick. A wonderfully gifted player and never stopped pressing. 9.5/10
Jorginho - Excellent player and very experienced. Kept the ball moving quickly and smartly in possession. Still would like a quicker, younger version of him for next season but maybe Rice can learn from him. 7/10
Trossard - proper clutch and popped up with some important goals in the title run in. One of Arteta’s best buys. 8/10
Havertz - I was somewhat critical of Kai coming in but he has been really good in the false 9 role tbh. Needs to stay there tho, 8 doesn't suit him. 8.5/10
Saka - Ah, my starboy. Very consistent and the best thing about him is his relentlessness. He’s so good that the opposition have to constantly kick him but he just keeps on with it. Brilliant season for him and I’m sure he’ll have a great Euros. 9.5/10
Honourable mentions: #5 (5/10, just get rid) Zinchenko (clearly out of favour with Arteta and we have an upgrade in mind with Timber now fit, 6/10) Tomiyasu (I really like Tomiyasu, didn’t get enough game time tho which is a shame, 7/10) Jesus (love the dude, he’s not really a goalscorer tho, which is unfortunate, still a great dribbler and perhaps more suited to a backup option for Saka on RW, 5.5/10) Martinelli (very disappointing season for him after an outstanding season last time out, but maybe an injury was holding him back. 4/10)
Anyone else? Oh yeah Smith-Rowe…I still want him to succeed at Arsenal but maybe it’s time to let him go. Nkeitah did a decent job while Jesus was still recovering but ultimately he’s just not good enough for this level going forward.
Finally, my gaffa, Arteta. He proved he can challenge for a title again and he’s been much more calmer this time around. Also did very well in the CL, can’t really fault him for the progress of the team.

Very, very pleased to somehow finish 6th and be in the Conference league. I think that'll be good for these young players to get a taste of Europe while maybe also staying competitive for the Prem title. Looking forward to MoTD tonight.

By Dan Go To PostHe’s said he’s staying next season which would see out his contractPep is coaching Brazil at the 2026 world cup m8
I think we’ve got one more renewal left in him. Wether it’s 1 year or more I think it’s a coin toss chance either way.
Ederson - 8/10 You know what you get with him
Walker - 8/10 Mr Dependable
Dias - 8/10
Akanji - 7/10 Still has a rick in him, UCL final, Spurs away
Gvardiol - 9/10 Quiet start, going to be a menace next season
Rodri - 10/10 Doesn’t know how to lose
Bernardo - 8/10 works and works and works
KDB - 7/10 Lots of the season missed due to injury, doesn’t quite look the same like it’s starting to catch up.
Foden - 10/10 silenced the doesn’t show up in big games crowd, 6 titles and he’s 23. Best English player in the world currently.
Doku - 7/10 solid start, 2nd season syndrome to come
Haaland - 8/10 back to back golden boots.
Ortega 9/10 - Arguably good enough to be our number 1, definitely good enough to be number 1 at 18/19 other teams in the league
Ake - 8/10
Stones - 8/10 unleash him in midfield, do it Pep.
Gomez - 6/10 not a bad player just doesn’t get the minutes
Phillips - 5/10 needs to go
Rico Lewis - 7/10 immense potential
Kovacic 7/10 - settled a lot better than I thought he would, tidy on the ball
Nunes - 6/10 struggled to make an impact
Grealish - 8/10 he works for the team and does what he’s asked to do.
Alvarez - 8/10 clear upgrade on Jesus, can only get better
