After all those missed chances, they still score
30 plus goals after 80th minute, ET goals to not loose must need two hands to count by now (6 times)

Fucking mentality monsters
Wonder if we'll ever see an unbeaten season including the CL. Not sure if there's been any that have been undone by losing a dead rubber in the group stages or the league after the title is won.

Very special side, this Leverkusen one. Belief off the charts. Pretty remarkable to see them refuse to defend a one goal lead in a European semi final but instead try and go for the equaliser.

Ajax almost did it. Lost domestic cup final but won league and CL unbeaten.

Fucking unhinged. Everyone goes for a pint st half time anyway.
By sohois Go To PostWho do people have as manager of the season? It will still depend on final results, but if things go as expected I'd have it:
Iraola > Emery = Arteta = Klopp > Guardiola
Guardiola has all the cheats turned on and still barely managed a 90 point season. Arteta has done well to improve on last season's tally, but they've benefited a lot from injuries and spent a lot. Klopp has the biggest total point increase, but I think most would put that down to last season being an aberration. Villa, for me, have simply put too much money in for it to be awarded to Emery. Bournemouth spent a lot as well, but the biggest point in Iraola's favour is that basically all their big signings were complete shit, so all their improvement must be on him as manager.
Not sure how we benefited from injuries.
Timber out all season. Partey dead after a few games. Jesus pretty much fucked because of injuries.
Didn’t clock Atalanta are in the Coppa final too. Haven’t won anything since 1963. Net spend of -80m euros or so this year (basically even incomings and outgoings of 75m then Hojlund’s sale). Gasperini king.
If Arsenal win the league, it has to be Arteta as MOTY. Otherwise it's a toss up between the Spaniards?
Iraola won't get it because no matter how well a team down there does, you don't win the award for outperforming relegation.

Given that Mainoo, who has played PL football for like 2 months and done nothing but give United fans some glimmer of positivity, is nominated for YPOTS, I wouldn’t be shocked if ETH was nominated for manager.
Before you @ me I’m not saying he’s bad. He just hasn’t done nearly enough to be on that shortlist.

So were you hampered by injuries and it’s a bad thing or are all your rivals not running efficient enough fitness regimes?
