What's the point of being owned by Saudis if we're not going to pick up a very good player with the exact profile of what we're looking for (in a footballing sense)?
I'd be very upset, way more upset than just being owned by them. Thankfully I think there's little to no chance we're one of them

Which is in the context of the football club I support. Obviously I think the Saudi state is way worse than Greenwood
I don't think it's right the Saudis own my club (or any), but it's all off the pitch stuff so it's by its nature "behind the scenes". When I'm sat in the stadium watching the team it never enters my thoughts. Having to cheer for a team that features someone that has done what Greenwood has done on the pitch though...I'd really struggle with that yeah.

What a player, and what a shame he went to Barca. Think we all kind of assumed that he'd fit them and Spanish football even better than he did Arsenal and the PL, but he didn't really. By the time he came back he was already into his physical decline iirc though he had the quality to give Chelsea one great season.
One of those players where I wonder if they think they made the right choice. Personally I feel like he somewhat ended up sacrificing being the best player he could have been in return for trophies, a bit like Grealish is now but to a lesser extent.
Cesc might be the most talented midfielder I have ever seen. He could do everything from such a young age, he was miles ahead of Pirlo and Xavi as a 20 y.o.
We should be enjoying his twilight years now and wondering how much longer he can keep doing what he is doing. Instead he has been irrelevant for nearly a decade.

Apparently, dunking on a mid psg is enough.
He played very well in the first leg, then yesterday's performance was pretty much back to normal imo. Tidy, ineffective, happy to be peripheral. Maybe recycling possession was his main instruction since they already had the lead, but I don't recall him doing anything in the final third.
Sabitzer was pretty good yesterday. He's someone I would have liked to have kept, but iirc he was injured for half his loan deal. God knows what would have happened to him this season.
More links to Olise. We need another quality option on the right wing because Garnacho has been run into the ground.
But looking at the squad the areas that need strengthening are still central defence and central midfield. Think we need two of each really. Then another full back and a striker.
Wing should be well down the list of priorities.

Will Olise want to downgrade though? He’d do better at Chelsea than at Man U. I’d take him in a heartbeat but doubt he wants to play behind Saka.

Read United Olise was a United fan so would be nice to get him in if there's a chance.
I hope Sancho bags a hatrick in the final and wins. Gna need someone to fund the summer transfers innit

Wouldn't be surprised if Southgate's vibe based coaching worked out for a season or so at United, just like Solskjaer.
They should definitely hire him away from England

Man U always use their temp power ups against Arsenal.
Arsenal already bottled it when they went into the Etihad game in red-hot goalscoring form against a depleted City side and settled for a draw.
Look at them, inky. Scared of a team without defenders.
If Ass a don't win this, Arteta should be beheaded in the centre circle of OT
