What does Loftus Cheek offer over another mid-table English CM? He's had years in the PL, on loan or at Chelsea, where he never looked better than all those names above. The fact that he - and players like Pulisic - are tearing up Serie A really is a good indication that it is just a much weaker league at this point in time.
