i think firefox is for nerds and chrome is just default for everyone not on a mac.
also it's the default on android devices which is probably where most of the internet traffic comes from these days.

Was really confused why there was no SK for a moment.
2012. Those were dark days when if you want to do any official shit it had to be done on Explorer.
Still a lot of stuff Safari doesn’t work for.
Safari is just weird to me.
I'm most comfortable with Firefox despite Dipro's nerd allegations. Just feels faster, seems to have fallen out of favour tho.

Firefox on mobile actually has addons available. It's simply a superior experience to any other mobile browser
By DiPro Go To Postit's probably still big on PC but most people don't browse on PC anymore.it's big on Linux, not on PC
By bud Go To Posteverything looks best in safari imho.except this forum because embeds fuck up the autoscrolling for some reason
By Kidjr Go To PostI went back to edge last year. It's not that bad.It was clearly better than Chrome for a while. It's getting worse and inching closer to Chrome every release now, though.
i fucking hate safari.
any apple software really, even macOS pisses me off even more than windows but their hardware is great.

macbook is really a great product except the notch, just mind bogglingly stupid design decision. i will trade my 2023 one for a new one without the notch as soon as it comes out.
By Dazenheimer Go To PostThe MacBook is apple's only truly top tier product.I stand by their Lighting-to-aux and USB-C-to-aux adapters. $10 and you won't find anything noticeably better until you start paying at least 5-10x more.
Everything else they make is mid.

Two thoughts:
1) Those hairplugs are highly noticeable
2) It's real life Dennis Reynolds
Glenn Howerton has a some wild doppelgangers
I’ve brought the matter up with Alice and she says: “Stop being silly – it’s just a toothbrush.” She doesn’t see a problem. And Alice’s sister told me to stop being “precious”. But I don’t think this is me being precious – they’ve all overstepped the line.
Now I keep my toothbrush in our room. I’d love to leave it out in the bathroom, because it’s unnatural to move a toothbrush back and forth, but if I forget, someone will always use it. I can’t get Alice’s family to stick to my rule so I’ll just have to carry my toothbrush about with me.
Usually when I read these columns the situation is like 50/50 or 60/40 but this is so clear cut one person is in the right and the other is wrong.
how can you use another person's toothbrush? I can see your wife or something on occasion, but even then.

I do be feeling like the man
Was this made by someone who can’t park and holds up the parking lot trying to reverse out of the spot, but they have to go slowly because there might be a pedestrian or another car they’ll never see coming?

wow
wouldn't be surprised if viper really did do 9/11
By s y Go To PostSame. But I only do it when the curb parking is full and there are cars behind me and at least one in front so they can witness greatness.

The other thing I love doing is explaining to people that when my hazards are on, they now have to drive around me and my newly created personal parking spot while I go and place my order at the chicken and trout, and wait for my meal to be prepared.
At Dollar Tree I just drive and park into the checkout line. By law, there's a liquor store directly attached to all DT's in Baltimore, so I'll just leave the car there and walk over to pickup my booze. No one seems to mind.
I really don't understand why more people don't use the hazard light system when parking. You save a ton of time and energy by not walking those 10-20 yards from the lot.
