Speaking of endings, just finished off FF7 Remake.
One of the most video games I’ve ever played. Enjoyed it a lot. Last two chapters were a bit of a slog, though I enjoyed the chase section on the bike and Tifa and co in a F150 from wish.
It all just went on a bit too long at that point which dragged it down for me.
Yurt, am I supposed to understand any of this last chapter?
Edit: Intermission? The fuck is this? The ride never ends

By HottestGrapes Go To PostSpeaking of endings, just finished off FF7 Remake.I didn't lmfaooo. All I know is none of this is supposed to happen and Aerith should be dead already or soon or something (the Whispers are big mad and were protecting the canon of the original timeline)

Zack shouldn't be alive either too. So this is potentially a new timeline with the same characters.
Fun idea honestly, fuck 1:1 remakes.
By DY_nasty Go To PostUnicorn Overlord is great. Fuck.It really is. Basically have taken Ogre Battle and seemingly taken away some of the obscure nonsense from that series updated other parts with modern shit and then added aspects of Fire Emblem. Legit might have to put rebirth on hold and play it instead.
I adored Three Houses but then never finished it for some reason. I think I got distracted running around the school and never went on any missions at some point.
By C4-621 Go To PostWhy did you invoke Fire Emblem ðŸ˜It's the natural evolution of Fire Emblem with Tactics Ogre sauce. Like if FE didn't try to become Persona and instead leaned into unit comps - and remembered how cool terrain features could be. Why just put archers on towers when you can put healers there and make the area hell to push.
The equipment is way more dynamic too. Not just more damage = more gooder and advantage over certain enemy types, but stuff that sacrifices the damage of one unit to change the damage type of the entire group. Passive drain attacks that prevent enemy dodge tanks from getting going at all. Etc
Like if the demo wasn't timed, I'd still be playing UO over FF7R without question lol
Unicorn isn’t going to be for everyone clearly. The game is going to be real micromanagement heavy where you likely are going to spend a lot of time in menus changing up their version of gambits and equipment and altering your squads. I am willing to bet a lot of people were turned off the moment they realized they didn’t directly control in battle.
By data Go To PostBeen thinking about Vanquish latelyshould have been playing instead
Picked up Elden Ring again after quitting a year ago or so, honestly think it was a mistake because this has been incredible, at the Manor now around lvl 60, feels there is something to do around every corner
Beat a corrupted Avatar and got like 100k runes, what a feeling

But those people also don't deserve happiness.

Magnificent game.

the remaster is alright but you really should just wiki the story if that's the purpose.
it's a portable game.

Irregardless of his political views, Halo and destiny have the most overrated OSTs after "literally any JRPG"
"I never wanted to be a politician and I still don't."
Prime Republican candidate.
"America enjoyed a secure border and no inflation in the Trump administration four years ago," O'Donnell said. "I have voted for President Trump twice and will vote for him a third time this fall. But no matter who is elected this November, if I have the privilege to serve, I plan to work with them. That's what voters expect and that's what I'll do."
Well you just lost whatever votes you would have gotten.
It also notes the importance of a "traditional family" which has been "suffering" due to the erosion of its values. "However, my approach will be inclusive, recognising all who step up to provide for their children," O'Donnell wrote.
Sounds contradictory but ok Marty

I might get that Man-eater shark joint if I can find three other games that qualify.

Either way, good and bad result. Not chance of new precedent being set, but possibly the best emulator gone
