FF7 Remake kinda cool honestly. Didn’t think I’d ever see the day that I play a Final Fantasy game, but here we are. Just finished off chapter 6.
Kinda love how over the top and silly the summons are, and how all the cast just play it off like it’s totally normal to see a fire demon pop up from to time to time

I actually thought it was a nice twist up. Remaking the game 1:1 over 3 games was not something I was super interested in. After that they pretty much opened up that they can do anything to the story so it is cool. I early await the meltdowns with some of the changes.
i havent actually read or watched anything, but i suppose it's what everyone suspected as soon as those ghosts appeared?Aerith not dying?. Cant say I have too much of a problem with a change like that, more those stupid ass ghosts that are boring.

Update backgrounds, some improvements to interface, take all the voice acting from the remake and port over... things like that. would be awesome. but it's square enix. at this point just do this with ff6 or ff8. pixel remaster is cool for 6, but man, i went away from it for 10 days cause i had things to do, and it doesnt even tell me in a log anywhere what my next move is.

Just finished Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Game was like the Kingdom Hearts of Victorian England. Alexander Graham Bell, Charles Dickens, Florence Nightingale, Karl Marx... Combat was probably the best so far.

Found the ghosts in FFVII Remake to be ugly as shit, incredibly tedious to fight, and thematically dull. They only detracted from the game imo.
