but leveling with a vocation influences your stat growth. so keep that in mind or banish it completely if you care about min/maxing
also some classes are straight 'prep time OP'. like magic knight is great when you know what you're about to fight, have the buffs and potions to chug on deck, and you already have a plan in mind. that is... not how the majority of the game flows tho lol
