EmuDeck will install and configure all the emulators and supporting software (like library integration with Steam, including game covers). You will need to source the BIOS and games yourself, of course.

TSR also clears FSR2 in Robocop fwiw.
FSR just really fucking struggles at low resolutions. The only game I’ve played with FSR so far on the Deck that looked okay with it on was Starfield.

The main campaign of CULTIC was alright but the Interlude free DLC they did to hype up the next paid episode was incredible

Playing Ridge Racers and Lumines on the portal is a mid 2000s nostalgia trip I had no idea I needed. PSP/PS2/PS1 classics scale really well to the screen. Moved around my house some to play and never had any issues. Need to really push the envelope and try PS3 game streaming or SF6 online lol.
