I’m 69 bots in (pause) and just wanted to say how well-designed this game is and how bug-free it is so far. It has that Nintendo level of quality to it.

The only complaint I have so far (aside from the apparent lack of speedrun levels/leaderboards but apparently that's going to be free DLC) is that the camera control on the right stick is really sluggish

Just finished watching a playthrough of the Outer Wilds DLC, kind of wish I'd played it myself

I never bought the DLC and always forget it exists. Game was a complete experience so I never felt I needed it I guess.

The loop doesn't seem anywhere near as interesting as it is in the base game tbh after the initial surprise of the setting. Thought it might even detract from the game since I feel it's basically perfect already, but it hooks into the existing story just enough to be worthwhile without going so far that it muddies things.
I would be so pissed if I were a top sim driver and this dude popped into a lobby. It's like Luka Doncic joining your rec league and taking it seriously, like let me have this goddamn.
Astro Bot is the most charmed I've been by a game in years. The visuals, simple gameplay and planet specific mechanics are exceptional. Soundtrack is out of this world good.
