I can't remember the last lighthearted platformer, as Yurt put it, I thoroughly enjoyed. I played through the latest Ratchet & Clank and it was alright, I tried the last couple of mainline Marios and abandoned them after a few hours ... I was debating giving Penny's Big Breakaway a try, but idk.
I don’t get the ratchet / platformer thing. It’s not really a platformer it just had some platforming elements to it.
Sackboys was a lot of fun. The music was excellent and so was the level design. Kids love it, wife loves it. Great game.

Especially wild given SSDs are so cheap currently. Like £60 per TB buying from Amazon, so it’s even cheaper for the large wholesale orders that a console manufacturer would be making.
