i dunno man...i think i may have said i need me a lawyer soon as i got whiff of what they were trying to do. but i guess he was screwed either way because of their new policy or whatever.

The moment the Cops want to talk to you and not because you're a witness to another crime you should be getting a lawyer. 100% of the time. Never answer a cop's questions if you are a potential suspect in anything. Ever. EVER EVER EVER.

i think when they said rape his first natural instinct was to prove them wrong by showing them the video. from that point on it was further down the rabbit hole of trying to prove instead of stepping back and saying "lawyer".
