By Dr3upMushroom Go To PostHe wants to come to Arsenal, what a lad.
By Laboured Go To PostJust goes to show it takes a little bit of time to shake off the stench of Lampard.Tough times for whoever they play next.
By Scum Go To PostHe said he has the jerseys mate.
Fucking hell! Look st the state of what Man Utd are doing Horse. Imagine if these lads could have one summer of rest... It's only going to get worse.
By inky Go To Postwho needs fit players anyway
I enjoy the way he's used England instead of the UK, and conflated nation states with terrorist organisations
By WoodenLung Go To PostGlad to see denmark isn't included under democraciesYou are on the bench for the terrorist dictatorships.

The fact that Rodri is the only PL player on that list is very indicative of how physical the PL midfield is compared to the other leagues. Passing through the midfield is so hard for the way English clubs play. Every play goes wide.

Partey does it soooooooooooo well man. Hurts so much he's out injured!
By Kidjr Go To PostHes definitely not pants but that is one of the weirdest decisions I've seen from a cbYep, he had a terrible day. Probably the worst game I've seen from him.. it can happen. Rodri was awful for most of the match, Gvardiol made some bad errors.. just an ugly game all around, getting out of it with a point was fine.
Dias is definitely one of the best CBs in the world so that person is just an idiot.

How you seen Partey and how everyone else sees him is pretty different hahaha.

By Scum Go To PostBring me Xhaka.🥺🥺🥺

It’s a list topped by Granit Xhaka, a middle of the road ex-PL midfielder.
I think there aren't many players in the PL who can do it well enough for their managers to let them try
Every team is so ready to pounce on the ball being given away in midfield that it's gone from a pass that might result in losing possession, to a pass that could easily result in a big chance for the opposition as your entire team is caught out of position except for the centrebacks. Especially now that a lot of teams send both fullbacks forward at once.

That’s basically what I was referring to. The current PL “meta” is to have your forward line of 3 or 4 sit between the center backs and midfielders to prevent the ball being fed into the CMs for easy distribution. You wait for a sub-optimal pass to be played (into midfield or to a full back) and then pounce on the second ball. Center backs are largely being ignored, except by Tottenham and Liverpool who continue to press the furthest line.
We’re seeing a preference for press-resistant midfielders who can bring the ball past the first line of press safely either through quick passing or running between the lines.
By Scum Go To PostBring me Xhaka.Still can't believe we replaced him with Kai Havertz.
By NiceGuy Go To PostJust remembered that Salah has the African Cup of Nations this season 😔WWW
I wonder who plays on the right? It doesn’t seem like any of our other forwards are a natural fit there. It would be weird to start Doak when we have players like Diaz, Jota, Gakpo and Darwin available but I’ve never seen any of them play on the right.
Harvey is not ideal either.

By Plasma Go To PostStill can't believe we replaced him with Kai Havertz.I legit think Kai Havertz is gonna be (it is for me already) our worst signing ever. The guy is the definition of casuality. Doesn't fit our style, doesn't seem to care. The only good thing about him is his looks.
seems like he has it all figured out
good for him
he's not a pathetic weasel like the hilarious man red cb that I forget the name. the one that does all the dumb shit

Worst signing of recent times is probably Lucas Perez, cost ~17m and was dumped 18months later for 4m. He scored 1 league goal
