3 points of 4th is surprising considering how terrible we have been. Always forget how tight the table is around 4th.
5th gets CL this season?

That was always coming, the composition of our squad is completely mental atm. Bournemouth could tell straight away that were going to be able to win every second ball today. Insanely bad luck with injuries atm but the squad has done very very well to deal with it, so I have no real complaints.
Thank fuck for the international break, it'll be nice to have a striker (or two!) in a couple of weeks!

As much as I despise watching England play ther international break has come at a decent time for us. Hopefully we can get some players back from injury after the break.

On 21 August 2017, ZĂźrich agreed a fee with Premier League club Brighton & Hove Albion for the transfer of Dwamena. He was set to join Brighton subject to passing a medical, obtaining a work permit and international clearance,[12] however the deal fell through after Dwamena failed his medical due to a heart condition.
In October 2019, after new examinations were carried out on his heart condition, the doctors recommended his immediate withdrawal and retirement from football. He, however, continued after having implemented an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) in January 2020.
On 28 October 2021, Dwamena collapsed on the field during an Austrian Cup game against TSV Hartberg as the game was abandoned. He recovered in the hospital, and his career in Austria was over.

Gotta give it to Luton, I havenât watched much of their games but theyâve managed to keep score lines tight.
Theyâre playing an effective 5-4-1, relying on the inability of teams to get past a mass of bodies in front of the keeper. With some teams struggling to create this season, itâs not worked out that poorly for them. They still canât score though.
It seems especially surreal to me that a single loss for Newcastle is enough to have fans heckling the players. Where is this sudden expectation for them to be a title challenging club? I know Howe has unlimited money, but even so, Rome wasnât built in a day.
You should see how that fanbase have been acting in social spaces in recent times and you shouldnât really be surprised.
Morning, lads.
âWe have money and beat a team thatâs labelled as a team thatâd finish high up the table so we should be winning everything.â
âTheyâve won their first game of the season, so they are title challengers!â
âTheyâve lost two in a row! Theyâre getting relegated!â
âSomething something talkSportâŚâ

Itâs everywhere.

I think people are forgetting that Newcastle are the horse punching club. Of course their fans are insane
Good chance Rooney takes Birmingham down. We were absolutely dreadful yesterday and still strolled to a win. We scored twice from corners, that's how bad they are. Apparently John O'Shea is their setpiece coach lol.
