By Meier Go To PostBeing a model is sort of weird. Obviously the supermodels are generally gorgeous but a lot of them are just tall and sort of have a strong look. I'd say for runway models, a huge percentage aren't even that pretty. I don't think she is very tall though so I agree it's nepotism here. Oh to be a nepo baby.. the absolute dream. Her photos she takes look better than the Beckham kid's though. That’s not saying much.
Skriniar has been awful since he joined PSG, was he even that amazing at Inter? Should have been sent off already.
By inky Go To PostCeltic…Just saw that score. Oof. They were pretty scary in the CL not that long ago but just get absolutely smashed every time now it seems.
City probably should have another 4-5 but it's been very chill for awhile now. No one seems too bothered as you can imagine.
By Meier Go To PostLooks like Pepe just scored. Has to be the oldest to ever do it in the CL?He's the oldest outfield ever player in the CL, let alone scorer.

Another CL away game were a loss wasn't needed. One lack in concentration and a defensive line just off.
Did not create a lot, but feels like points dropped again.

sucks. felt like feyenoord were the better team most of the game, got some decent chances as well, but it wasn't enough.
it's a cruel sport, and i'm all for banning it completely.
Stones went off at HT. Had hoped it was just due to it being comfortable and getting Ake minutes but Pep just said after the game he'll be out for awhile. Poor guy is so good but can't stay healthy half the time. :(

Totti’s only European record gone to fucking Pepe.
CN’t believe it wasn’t Ibra, Ronaldo, or Messi.

The funniest thing to me is that VAR didn’t really fuck up. Certainly not this badly. The worst was Bruno getting off, but Havertz getting off himself was almost as bad. The goal stood because they checked it and determined it wasn’t enough wrong to be chalked off. At that point you’re arguing that the decision just went against you, which is absolutely fair, but it isn’t a problem with the quality of officiating, it’s a disagreement over the rules.
It’s nothing near the most egregious decisions that have hurt clubs like Wolves (twice) and Liverpool. In fact I’d wager Gordon’s goal standing doesn’t even hold a candle to the sketchy pen our other oil overlords were awarded against United.
Arteta’s suggestion that Arsenal have acted to improve the game for everybody will draw the eye-rolls. It was not so long ago, when asked about Luis Díaz’s incorrectly disallowed goal for Liverpool at Tottenham, that he said “we need to understand mistakes will happen”

Arteta has acted a tit.
But that seemed to be a clear foul to me.
Refs should be made to explain their decision on the spot.
“Wasn’t a foul for me because the defender was already in the process of falling before contact was made”
And same for why Havertz only got a yellow.
Refs should be held accountable.

I just hope we don’t go into full victim mode.
Arteta has that about him.
The goals should not have been scored because Gabriel should have cleared the ball before it went out by the corner, and Raya should have been saving the cross.
We were not good enough to win and I don’t think we were bad enough to lose. The draw would have been the fair result.

Disclaimer, I don't know what the tweet text is referring to. I haven't seen any football in like a week, I don't know what the current narrative is.

The refs in this league are shit end of, the PGMOL is not fit for purpose.
I think Arteta and Arsenal moaning about it by making lists and statements is a disgrace. Complaining about the refs so loudly should be a fans/media thing only. The fact that plenty of managers use their pressers to try and influence decisions, and plenty of times get their way as a result, brings as much disrepute to the game as the refereeing mistakes themselves.
I also think the leagues should invest more into professional refereeing, and that reform should include more forms of transparency. In a lot of places it's still a part time job. Kinda bonkers these cunts get flown to other places outside of their league or European commitments.

I mean, look at the state of these cunts - a referee screws up, gets "demoted", screws up somewhere else and then a week later is brought back to officiate another high profile game. Fucking shambles.
Yeah but the referees learning their trade in the lower / grass roots leagues regularly get abused to the point of tears or get their heads kicked in. In many ways, football fans get the quality of refereeing they deserve.
