Myers fled at the right time. Avoiding any bad blood and invited to every BBQ and wedding moving forward.
ADummy only plays like a top 5 player against the pelicans so Adam Silver doesn’t need to make the call but he already did
Pacers aren’t good at all(defensively) so unless the Bucks pull a Celtics and miss 29 three pointers , it’ll be Bucks vs Lakers

The Blazers should have absolutely won last night. That's like 3 or 4 of the last 6-8 games like that which is encouraging but also a little galling to watch.
Then again, there should have been an offensive foul on a wrap/elbow to the head by Draymond, flagrant on an intentional eye rake and a tech on Draymond. Also tripping flagrant on CP3 but then I'm not a ref *shrug
Would really love to, you know, actually see the team healthy for a few games. Would have been able to close this game out right without the entire damn team in foul trouble.
On the upside, Jerami should hopefully be back pretty soon and that'll make a damned huge difference by itself.

Through 21 games, Antetokounmpo and Lillard have been in only 185 pick-and-rolls together, which is the 28th-most for duos around the league, per a league source with access to Second Spectrum data. The Knicks’ Jalen Brunson and Mitchell Robinson, who lead the league in pick-and-roll frequency as a duo, have already been in 400 pick-and-rolls.Griffin gotta go lmao
In fact, Antetokounmpo and Lillard don’t even lead the Bucks in the category. Lopez has been in more pick-and-rolls with Lillard (257) this season than Antetokounmpo. And if you take a look at pick-and-roll frequency as a rate-based statistic, Portis has participated in pick-and-rolls with Lillard at a higher frequency (20.72 picks per 100 possessions) than Antetokounmpo (18.98).
By Kibner Go To PostLeBron and AD are similar in not wanting to spam PnR, iirc.Because AD is afraid of contact and wants to shoot his horrible-no-good midrange jumpshots. Giannis isn't afraid of getting his ass to the rim and creating contact.
By reilo Go To PostBecause AD is afraid of contact and wants to shoot his horrible-no-good midrange jumpshots. Giannis isn't afraid of getting his ass to the rim and creating contact.I'm pretty sure Giannis went on the record earlier this year about how he doesn't want to be the roll man because he is a playmaker/point guard and not just a finisher. It's an ego thing much more than a coaching thing.

It's an ego thing much more than a coaching thing. He has that ability to do that in the roll -- he even says as much in the article.
It also can be done with him as the screener.
But don't take my word for it, Griffin says the PnR is not their base:
Dumb

AD barely shoots the midrange these days.
By You got 14 bricks right there? Go To PostWeird start time for a game, NBA avoiding going against VGAs?Geoff fears no one
Both games are in the same arena. And the Lakers game is against TNF anyway.
The start time makes sense if they want to give everyone some vegas night life.
