You sure you want him Dy?
By DY_nasty Go To PostThat's a kinda out of context quote imoHe's said some variant of this multiple during the combine, it's not really out of context. I don't actually think it's a reason not to draft him if you like him but he clearly thinks he's been playing out of position.

I don't actually think it's a reason not to draft him if you like him but he clearly thinks he's been playing out of position. He said he sacrificed quite a bit of his game for the team because their squad was postured a certain way to win. And that's not incorrect.
I don't think he's ever outright declared he's a PG full-time, just that he's able to and happy to initiate offenses more or less. Which we're more than cool with since we've been doing the same thing with Cody Martin up until his knee imploded.
By reilo Go To PostWhat's better than 1 Lebron?
1.05 Lebrons
1 LeBron + a son on a 2-way.. a 1-way... a no way, there's no son, not on this roster.
By Kabro Go To Posthow sad is it lebron will outlast bronny in the NBA?
How many years did Marcus Jordan get?
The sad thing is the kid potentially being pushed too hard, too early, and that's on his parents, coaching, and media. Being an NBA caliber athlete isn't a birthright.
By friskySHOOKface Go To PostBronny should stay another year in college but it is an awful draft so idkRealistically Bronny should just not get drafted. Usually the only bad players taken on pure vibes and high school reputation are freshmen or guys who were super hyped (like Emoni Bates) so this year was his best chance by far, and he just wasn't good enough. I don't think the relative weakness of the draft even matters for someone like him since he'd be like in the late second / UDFA range at best. But people will hype up his numbers from a shooting drill where he was taking set shot threes with the same motion as Clingan lol.
When the veteran in the locker room says he's about to go drop a deuce and everyone looks at the kid and knows it's not about the kid and the court and not about the kid but it is.
Maybe I'm just not motivated enough or whatever, but I would think playing college basketball would be really fun and if you have zero financial worries then why only do 1 year if your league viability is that questionable?

This is what I think right here. He doesn't have to be his dad; in fact he doesn't have to do anything. Go live your best life, play college ball if you want and really explore life to find what you're truly special at. No need to try and live up to your dad at all- just putting too much damn pressure on yourself.
By diehard Go To PostMaybe I'm just not motivated enough or whatever, but I would think playing college basketball would be really fun and if you have zero financial worries then why only do 1 year if your league viability is that questionable? With NIL money being a thing, most guys in that situation are doing that. In fact, a lot of prospects returned this year that I am very confident would have gotten drafted, because they couldn't get any hard guarantees in the first round and had a great year in college. That didn't used to happen nearly as much.

How are Risacher and Salaun different from Ousman Dieng? Seems like all these French wings are tall, athletic and can't shoot..

Risacher is shooting like 39% from 3 on a pretty large sample size last I checked. It’s more that he can’t dribble like, at all from what I’ve seen.
I don’t want him for the Blazers because they already have a kid that’s very similar. (Rupert) - and they got him as a 2RP.
