It's way easier for your stars to stay healthy when they can rest regularly without jeopardizing your seed too much and don't feel compelled to rush back from injury.

Like if your best lineup is +10 and the other team is willing to swap out its best lineup for like +4 ones at times, why not just leave it in and win those minutes? Is everyone else stupid???
