Galling fucking loss. Losing to that heaved Luka three is an absolute morale killer. Defended well for the most part - although I thought the whistle was VERY generous to the Mavs in Q4 - but too many stupid contested mid ranges. 0-2 with a 6pt differential is galling.

My nephew been to 2 AAU practices, tomorrow is the last one before school seasons start. Hes the second most skilled kid there behind a guard that's maybe half a foot shorter than him, he's the biggest perimeter player and he's the second tallest kid there. The coach has been impressed with him, they want him for their spring season but we're probably not gonna do it.
We got some comp though, there's a 6'1" seventh grader on a flag football team he plays against that is pretty athletic and clearly plays basketball. Gonna see him again, what's cool is they were both killing it for their teams and were talking and smiling/joking with one another between plays, real recognize real.
