The more I think on it, that's where I did most of my medicine/weighted ball work lol
My shoulders were fucking steel by the time I got to college.
That's another thing too - on drives you have some coaches saying that you need to carry the ball like a running back after your last hard dribble. I *strongly* disagree with that bs. It looks cool in one on ones but that's it.

The high ball pickup + veer step is the big one the Internet trainers are teaching kids, and I'm like why? First off most kids under 14 aren't going to have the strength to veer off away from the rim and finish while jumping away from it. Second why do you want to teach a kid to avoid contact, play through it.
The kid on the other team yesterday had a crazy bag of dribble moves, he hit the top of the backboard 2 times on his shots. And couldnt actually get anywhere with his dribble, it was purposeless

Someone with large hands that can easily palm the ball has a lot more opportunities on drives than those that do not.

Someone with large hands that can easily palm the ball has a lot more opportunities on drives than those that do not.its shit not only because of that, but because on the drive defenders aren't looking for where the ball is going - they're looking square at your chest. so when you extend to finally go for a layup, floater, pass, etc, their reach extends the same time as yours.
you're boxing yourself into a worse situation. that running back stuff is supposed to only be an emphasis when you get your shoulders or hips clear past that defender. otherwise - keep your dribble or accept that ain't your lane yet.
its why suggs looks blind twice over. one because his vision is average as hell, two because when he drives he's constricting his options with how he cradles the ball.

Russell is the biggest fraud in the league.
How he only had TWO points?
My heart when AD went off yesterday.
I hope he and Lebron are fine and just rest till Christmas day.

I was going to complain about Taylor Hendricks only getting 16 minutes (and looked good!) But then realized that doing that while watching a team (Pistons) who is just throwing very young players out there and maybe not learning anything wasn't the time.
game was already done and this was against third stringers, but this was still a cool dunk:
trey can't really shoot on the move but his range is limitless in spot-ups:

poor pistons fans :(

1972 76ers watching this season like the undefeated Dolphins team watches every season until everyone has a loss
By DY_nasty Go To PostThey allow 120ppg while only scoring 108
this is some oubre shit 😂
These losses aren’t exactly close
Denver was so bad last year, but they didn't want anyone to know so they won the title to cover their tracks.
