Crazy, he was soooo good for like a season
By Kidjr Go To PostCrazy, he was soooo good for like a seasonHe is too selfish. Bruno was ahead of him, completely unmarked and with a clear path to goal and Cancelo instead of passing the ball decided to take on a defender and have a shit shot outside the box.
More than once today I saw Bruno sprinting to cover the RB position while Cancelo is just jogging back.
Was not as bad as I feared, but difference in class and athleticism is still huge.
Reynders positive, always forward and Hartman retired Blind, man can hope and if we need another CB, Micky looked comfortable

Don't think so, just a very easy group. Well, at least he is a bit more offensive minded than Santos, only played with a DM and two more offensive midfielders.
Henderson being captain only increases the idea that 9/11 was gud actually. Good to have that clarified.

this lad captured an incredible moment during the game.
stop sharing criminal stuff on here.
By Oddinho Go To PostSurprised all this top PL player talk didn’t involve Sergio Aguero.Undeniably great and has possibly the most iconic PL moment (Utd fans may disagree lol), but he's a weird one for me, not sure why.
By Oddinho Go To PostSurprised all this top PL player talk didn’t involve Sergio Aguero. Why would it?
He had a great goals per minute played record but eh. Not as good as Henry, Rooney, Salah or Suarez
Also Tevez was better

Scholes is a top five Prem player for me. Henry, Rooney, Shearer, Giggs.
These five stand head and shoulders above the rest for me.
I can’t say Rio because it is a coin toss with Terry, same with Lampard and Gerrard.
And this is just PL performances. Not caring about cups and international.

@_pauljoyce Man City-Liverpool on Nov 25 to kick-off at 12.30pm. Third time this season Jurgen Klopp's side has been in that slot immediately after an international break. It will be the 14th occasion immediately after an
international break since Klopp took over. Spurs, with six, are next.
More than double the next team 😂

Great goalscorer. Wouldn’t say he was as good a player as others

When we talk about Henry and Shearer, its the goals that we focus on, so I think the same should be said of Aguero.
I’m not gonna say he’s the best player out right, just feel it’s an oversight not to include him in the conversation.

I don’t think we talk about just the goals with Henry. Took 17 years to break his assist record.

Yeah was going to say, Henry was far from just a goal scorer, although he was obviously also great at that. He is far above Aguero.
I think with Henry, even if you just look at the goals (which does him a disservice), the quality and variety of his goals is something I think few players can reach. Maybe Salah is the closest?
If Liverpool contributed to the top 5 PL, my votes would be Gerrard, Alisson and Suarez. Always hard to include players that aren’t goal scorers but Alisson has been the best GK in world football consistently, and that’s a hard level to maintain, especially during our bad periods. Also he did score one of the biggest Liverpool goals in years

Henry leagues beyond Aguero as an assist maker, a scorer of great goals, and aesthetically as a player.

Those three, Salah and VVD your best PL players. Maybe Fowler?
If I could pick a single player in the PL era to be still playing at his peak it would be Henry for sure. A total joy to watch as well as being extremely effective.

World Cup QF tonight against New Zealand. Biggest game in our history. We've been World Number 1 for over a year and beaten New Zealand 5 times in our last 8 games against them.
Awful sinking feeling about this game. We're probably favourites, but there's no other side in the world that can just show up and put in a 12/10 like New Zealand.
