I find it hard continuing to watch something knowing that it got cancelled, does season 2 end with a lot of open plot lines?
By Phlebas Go To PostI find it hard continuing to watch something knowing that it got cancelled, does season 2 end with a lot of open plot lines?fuller writes this show with the idea that it might not get renewed in mind, so its not that bad.
if season 2 had ended and not renewed for season 3, it would have been largely a satisfying ending i think. But there's still the rest of season 3 to air.
If we sell Sterling, we could easily get Clyne, Firmino and Bacca and still have money left for Kova or Illaramendi.
By Phlebas Go To PostI find it hard continuing to watch something knowing that it got cancelled, does season 2 end with a lot of open plot lines? You should definitely watch S2 and end it there, if S3's ending turns out to be a cliffhanger and the show doesn't get picked up by another network.
You keep not mentioning Llorente, Odd. Why is that.
Just finished True Detective S2Ep1. I don't like how any of it is structured.
I was not prepared for that McAdams ass early on. She's the only interesting thing thus far about the show.
Vaughn's contribution was boring; Ferrell is unlikable; Tim Riggins seems like he's special needs.
Still early, but the LA setting and these characters are not nearly as captivating as Marty and Rust.

Hold up, MGS V is cross gen with PS3? How? I thought it was current gen only.

FOX Engine m8, Kojima's greatest gift to gaming that will only be used for PES from now on.
Juve have already committed close to 100 million this summer.
Zaza, Berardi, Dybala, Pereyra(picking up his option), Mand, Neto, and Khedira. To think that it is showing no signs of slowing down, with Saponara/Jovetic/Oscar and possibly fullbacks still coming. Only Tevez will bring us some money back at the moment, with Llorente if Juve decide to seell him.
Juve killing it at the moment.

Not sure. I don't know what I want, just want to see the money spent wisely on actual improvements.

I hope we sort ourselves out. It'll be a real shame watching us throw another transfer window away. :/
Hopefully some of last season's signings find their footing this year.
That's what I'm hoping for as well. Markovic, Moreno, Can, Lallana improving on last season would already be a good step forward for us.
By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostJuve have already committed close to 100 million this summer.Llorente is gone for sure, possibly Ogbonna as well. I think we can get at least 20M€ for both, probably closer to 25M€. Ogbonna will be hard to convince though. Hopefully a big-ish club comes looking for him. He's a solid CB.

By Lightning Go To PostWhy aren't City going for Clyne? Their recruitment policy makes no sense.Sagna has streamlined his head to make him run faster; how much more can one man give?
Why isn't everyone in for Clyne? Does exactly what you need a player with his abilities to do. Oddly underpriced.
Also the Arkham games on US PSN are all on sale right now. You can get all three games for $15.

By FortuneFaded Go To PostSagna has streamlined his head to make him run faster; how much more can one man give?32years old, City short of home grown talent yet they have Zabeleta (30yrs) and Sagna (32yrs) while they chase players like Wilshere and Sterling which will see them overpay through the ass?
By Oddinho Go To PostWhy would Clyne go to City to be third choice in a year before a Euros tournament?Sagna is not better than Clyne and one could argue that neither is a 30yr old Zabeleta.
By Lightning Go To PostSagna is not better than Clyne and one could argue that neither is a 30yr old Zabeleta.
Don't think the needs of City and the needs of the player overlap here. Zabaleta is definitely better than Clyne, though in long term value Clyne is obviously ahead due to his age and nationality. Even if you were to argue that Clyne is a better player than Zaba (which is fair), you still need to account for how much City rely on him for their attacking play. He's an extremely important player.
Anyway he wants to come to us apparently and it's just a matter of time before a fee gets worked out.

just retire already and be a proper Spielerfrau
Firmino, Clyne, Bacca, Milner, Ings, Bogdan would be a very safe window for us, and I'd be ecstatic with it
We're back where we were 2 years ago though, where overnegotiating could easily leave us liable to a Spurs or Man Utd just nipping in and getting it done while we piss about
Get the moves agreed, give Sterling a picture of a Spitfire and use the money instantly
Also bring David Dickinson in to fuck the deadwood off

Thinking about selling my 3DS again. I love Final Fantasy: Theatrythm but thats the only game I play. The hype got me back then.

If you haven't owned a DS before go for the obvious DS gems you might have missed to fill the gap. Also, get Kid Icarus man!
Podolski has agreed to move on to Turkey apparently. That's great news, ship out Ospina to Turkey next.
This has started to be a great window. We will sign Cech, get rid of Podolski which offsets Cech's wages while improving our squad greatly while not increasing our wages.
Cover for Coquelin or preferably someone to properly challenge him and we'll be set.
Welbeck needs to consider his career though. It's almost impossible to see a future for him at Arsenal. Too many better players in the way.

Do any of you know when the fourth episode of Life is Strange is scheduled to be released? It's rather unfortunate the game is short as the concept could have been explored further.
By Blazinho Go To Postis kid really that good? saw it for 10€ in a second hand storeFor 10€ you can't go wrong, I played it on the original 3DS and controls could be a pain from time to time but it was still a ton of fun. It has a lot of content too and I would guess controls are even less of a problem with the new 3DS XL. Get the game, blame Pep if you don't like it.

It's sad we're giving Phil Jones a new contract. So clearly undeserving of it. He'll be another one that when we finally sell him aged 27 we'll all be looking at each other asking how the fuck did we keep him that long.
