that is one of my biggest gripe with Arsenal, the only football man around is Wenger. Everyone else is a suit. I always like it when teams have as many footballers around as they can, like Bayern and Barca. Even United with Bobby Charlton. It is good to just have someone who has played the game at the highest level and can give their opinion and can communicate with the fans.
