I was 100% sure he would post here today if Villa had won the cup.

Nate with the #wengerout. He is scared. I respect that.
He's rubbish.
And we probably won't be signing him.
Great signing for Liverpool tho.

The only time I ever hear his name these days is when his so called 'Elite Development Squad' is getting thrashed by some other team.

PATRICK VIEIRA is Newcastle's new MANAGER?
WAT
Is this Vieira shit confirmed anywhere or are they just talking? He's so not ready for this level yet.
Paul Clement is a legit option and one that should be considered.

Sounds very bottom of the barrel though.

Sunday Times are saying Rodgers is likely to be manager next year, but FSG are going to see would Klopp be willing to take the job. Transfer targets are Christian Benteke, Nathaniel Clyne, James Milner and Danny Ings, and Rodgers wants them all (though since it's presumably the club leaking this story, who knows whether to believe it).
These transfers keep going like this, the myth of Liverpool being a huge club will continue to fade. We are set up to be 5th place forever, and we didn't even get 5th this year.

Pretty much, unless we get a Sheikh.

I find it funny that the whole time we were in for Clyne we were talking about a £20 - 25 mill. fee.
Now we've stepped out and Liverpool are in we're talking about a £10 - 15 mill. offer.
I somehow doubt his stock has fallen that far.

Sounds expensive.
Another Southampton player. Might as well just call their stadium Anfield and call it a day, at the end of the day.
By noal Go To PostIf we are out for Clyne then are we after Alves?Journos have said he's a back up option if our other targets go south. Don't know who they are.

Liverpool aren't getting him for £10m though
Like Spurs weren't getting Schneiderlin for £10m

Jesus FIFA is so grotesque.

Chuck Blazer was living in his luxury apartment in Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue, New York, paid for by Fifa. He had made the word ‘fat’ inadequate. He was super-super-sized because every day of the week he was dining in the world’s finest restaurants, with the bill picked up by Fifa.
That’s how they live at the top of Fifa. Mr Blatter does not know what a scheduled flight is. Football’s money is squandered on private jets whenever the ‘Emperor of Football’ travels.
His president was Jack Warner from Trinidad, the most corrupt operator I have encountered in a lifetime of chasing lowlifes in places such as inside Scotland Yard and the International Olympic Committee – investigations that produced the books Scotland Yard’s Cocaine Connection, The Lords Of the Rings, Power, Money & Drugs in the Modern Olympics, The New Lords of the Rings and The Great Olympic Swindle.I have caught Mr Warner many times peddling thousands of World Cup tickets into the black market. Now it had to be Mr Blazer’s day of reckoning. He thinks himself the cleverest guy on the planet, so I knew he must be stealing millions from football.I called the FBI in New York. ‘I have got the can-opener on Blazer,’ I said. ‘Shall I send them to you, or should they go to the Internal Revenue Service?’ An hour later the email arrived from Federal Plaza: ‘We cannot tell you what to do, Sir – but we would sure love to see them.’ I did the story in July 2011. I emailed Mr Blazer and put the allegations to him. Tersely, he denied everything. He added: ‘You are useless as a journalist.’ At that moment I knew he was going to jail. He hasn’t yet. But days later he became a co-operating witness.
I grabbed the roving mic in the auditorium and asked: ‘Herr Blatter, have you ever taken a bribe?’ No reporter had ever dared suggest to Mr Blatter’s face that he might be corrupt. Furious at not being addressed as ‘President,’ he stuttered: ‘I have never taken a bribe.’ That gave me a headline in the next day’s Daily Mail – ‘Blatter denies taking a bribe.’ He was in play, I had roughed him up in front of his staff. The sources began to leak vast amounts of documents. A decade later, they still do.
They slipped me documents revealing that Mr Blatter pays himself a secret six-figure bonus every year. I published and the next day was the only reporter in the world banned by Mr Blatter. Twelve years later I still am.
HE frightened off other reporters by announcing my story was false and that he would sue. He didn’t. We still have not discovered how much he pays himself in salary, perks and bonuses. It’s a Fifa secret. My sources say $15 million (£9.8 million).
The arrogant Mr Blatter probably doesn’t realise he is heading an organised crime family. But it is a classic structure. He deploys the billions Fifa earns from the World Cup in barely audited multi-million dollar ‘development grants’.
Then there’s the World Cup tickets to sell into the black market. My sources gave me documents listing $100 million (£65 million) in bribes to the most senior Fifa officials. They were paid though secretive Liechtenstein trusts and nominee bank accounts.
When Fifa’s dark forces threatened one female witness, I called the FBI. They were on her doorstep later that day. They debriefed her for three days – and that evidence is not in last week’s first indictment. Some thuggish insiders at Fifa should worry.
Christ.
I have ' FOUL' by Andrew Jennings. A good read. Especially now all this has come to light. He has known all the shit on FIFA for years.
