By Laboured Go To Posth e l pThis is really interesting for a couple of reasons.. I think he could have gone into West Ham's first team immediately and contributed given his ability. On top of that, they were going to pay £14m (€16.27m) so I'd be surprised if Ajax are paying less than that and that is a pretty healthy fee for them. That would be in the region of their 5th or 6th biggest signing at a minimum (most of them in the last couple seasons to be fair).
It is possible City could accept less if the buy-back and sell-on clauses were better though.

By NiceGuy Go To PostWho the fuck is AndreReally good Brazilian midfielder, highly regarded in Brazil and has been gathering a lot of attention from Premier League clubs.
By Laboured Go To PostWell, I mean, is he gegen?Have to ask our resident Pool fan N8 for that
Was going to mention this yesterday after having watched our friendly against Dortmund, but I get the impression ETH likes Evans more than Maguire already as it stands, so I'm not at all surprised by this.
Makes no sense to have Maguire as fifth choice CB on his wages when we could get 20-30m for him. Fine with Evans.
Bayern apparently offered €85m + 10m for Kane. That seems like a very fair deal given his contract length.

My feel is it's cover if Maguire eventually goes at the end of the window and we can't get in the right replacement at the time. It sort of frees us up to do that deal.
Feel it's the kind of ruthless we need re:Raya, Ramnsdale's mistakes near the end of the season essentially costed us the title (see: gifting Sotom a goal min 1 at home), feels this is Teta telling him either cut that shit out or you're going to cups
I think your team's overall drop in performance (bar maybe Odegaard), including your manager, was responsible for you not winning the league, despite attempts to solely lay it at the feet of the likes of Holding and Ramsdale.

I think EtH just doesn't rate Maguire much. Dude just refuses to even play him in his favorite role even when Martinez is not fit. He'd rather play Lindelof there who is also right footed.

I’m so bored of this shite. Just waiting for the “Kane is considering his option of signing a new contract because of Ange, and blah blah.”

Kane is just a good British boy lads
He loves being a big fish in a small pond with no actual expectations, probably would shit himself if he actually had to go and fight for the CL

Kane did the same thing with Mourinho and Conte. Spurs don't have the squad to challenge. He just needs to leave at this stage.

West Ham are yet to make any signings and there is tension between Moyes and the club’s technical director, Tim Steidten. Moyes wants players with Premier League experience and has been reluctant to accept Steidten’s targets. Insiders have described the situation at the club as a mess.
......
West Ham really just need to bite the bullet and sack Moyes before he can sign the likes of Maguire and Gallagher, lets be honest. No surprise the sporting director keeps pushing back against his shit

"one of the Premier League's best midfielders" is gonna spend the season in the Championship it seems
By barber Go To PostGentle reminder that I predicted Moyes as the first manager to go 👀
Saw that, and was about to change mine, but think they'll sooner sack the technical director. Moyes has a trophy now, his cache has never been higher. However, it would be extremely funny if they did sack him over this.
By Scum Go To PostStill suprised we're going ahead with this. Think a striker and another midfielder should be a bigger priority.
