My nephew hasn't played AAU, but this summer he's gone to a camp in the hood where he's been playing against kids that are 3-4 yrs older than him pretty much everyday. He's the only 12 yr old that plays with the HS kids,.and as a result all his hesitation moves have gotten a lot better because he needs them to get his shot off, especially since he said almost all of those kids can dunk. He's made huge progress this summer, and he's also around 5'8 now which is pretty tall for his age group.
Oddly enough his in and out dribble sucks though, everything else is solid to good but that one dribble is awful. We focus on it and it still doesn't get better, he can do sham gods, drags, punch into side steps, anchor step, misdirection pro hops etc...yet something that simple looks really bad.

Glad to see Josh Hart got paid, and yeah, I get why the Blazers dumped him. Still felt crappy at the time and it still does now.
As a side note, having outlets that cover a sport being sponsored by gambling outlets is such an obvious conflict of interest I don't even know where to begin. The Shams thing earlier with him bald faced manipulating the market in the last draft was only the beginning. Horrible for the sport, period.

Simmons and Rusillo are such clowns. They did an expansion draft where they first had to protect 8 players from each team. They decide that the Knicks would protect their back up center instead of Quinten Grimes (the only unprotected starter or rookie contract player in the whole exercise) then immediately take him first in the draft. Every time Simmons talks about moves the Knicks should make he picks the dumbest shit just to troll.

Like all the American Youtube and IG trainers are so stupid "Do a inverted zero gravity drag step into a punch before pocketing and hang stepping into a pullup" or some dumb shit like that. Only person I seen who does stacking is Phil Handy, not even Hanlen does it, but Handy is more a less a trainer where you gotta have some skill already to follow, while these Euro trainers most of the stuff they teach goes across all levels.
