By BlindCom Go To PostYou could make a CL winning team with that list.
No you couldn’t.
That’ a PSG & Chelsea 22-23 tactic and look how that’s worked out.
By Crusher Go To PostIt’s almost two hours long that.he was here for 12 years.
By Daz Go To Posthe was here for 12 years. So was Phil Jones
Holy shit it’s literally just 2 hours of replays of dodgy goals United have conceded, plenty of them the fault of evra, evans or jones. I reckon you could make a compilation of his saves and it’d last a lot longer and be a lot more compelling
We need to replace De Gea but I don't like how so many people are rewriting his time with us. He is a limited keeper but he was our best player for quite a while and deserves credit for that.
By scently Go To PostUnited legend Tom Cleverley has retired from playing football. When I first joined GAF footy crew he was the favourite of everyone here in 13/14. Him and Buttner.

He was your best player and also one of the best GKs in the league for, I would say 9 of the 12 years he’s been there. He’s only been exposed as a limited keeper recently and in concert with other issues on the pitch for United.
I do think if I were a United fan I’d want to see the back him now, but some perspective is needed. He carried the team through some rough periods.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostLol £692m????? Spending in 2003/2004 for us was £120m… inflation has not been 600% since then.Football inflation maybe 😂
I think even at his best his unwillingness to deal with crosses or through balls was a massive hole in his game, and put a shitload of pressure on his teammates.
His ability to win points was remarkable at times though.

De Gea was the best goalkeeper in the world for a season or two, even with his deficiencies. Never seen season as good from a goalkeeper as his 17/18 one.
By Scum Go To PostWild, didnt realize he was still playing. Goes to show how impressive lads like Modric, Messi, Penaldo, and Kroos are.
What are the odds of this happening Scum?
150%
Wengy just needs to pick up the phone and say "remember when I almost signed you?" and the rest will be history.

How Man Utds stock has fallen, PSG haven't even bothered using their name to flush a Madrid offer out

Saying we essentially have a budget of around 100m plus whatever we make in sales. But since we're prioritising a striker, Ten Hag is open to re-signing De Gea as a way of committing more funds towards a goal scorer.

he's certainly interested, but feyenoord don't want to sell him.
unless united come in with an outrageous offer of course, i'd imagine.
By rossonero Go To PostIt was his release clause.
Lol Sporting. Sorry Martins, but this is beyond stupid. Sporting getting even 20m was weird, but 45m?!
I think we'd be lucky to get half that. I like Fred, but he's wildly inconsistent, will demand high wages and is in the final year of his contract.

Well that's the tricky thing. If the player wants a move and United make a reasonable offer there's really not a whole lot you can do. Clubs like ours will often rather take the money than risking having an expensive and unmotivated player on the payroll for another year. Or they have to succeed in upgrading his current contract.
But to be honest, selling Bijlow for a decent sum is good business. Lad is far from irreplaceable I'd say.
best and most complete keeper in the league imho.
important in the build-up from the back.
think he stays. think united will end up going for onana or de gea.
