By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostI was about to make a post about trusting Edu and Arteta, but then I remember we nearly spent 70million on Mudryk. Oh, thank you Chelsea.
Obviously, very different assessing players in the PL than from the Ukrainian league.
But just made me pause for a moment.
I think the big backup signing we need is for Saka. Dude was gassed by the end of the season. Felt like he played every minute of every game.
Maybe the club will look to save money there and try to make Marquinhos that dude. Don’t know how he performed at Norwich, but he had a whoscored rating of 6.3. Didn’t watch him at the u20 world cup, but he scored and got two assists.
I would prefer another Trossard like player there. A bit more of an experienced backup that can play in a few positions.
I hope to see a 200+ million summer window. Rice, Caicedo, one attacking minded player, and a proper RB. (White has been fine there, but I would feel much happier having a CB rotation with him)
Really don't think you can judge any Chelsea player too harshly imo (except for the obviously shit ones like Ziyech)

Piss off Dan
By Freewheelin Go To PostIf City are looking at Rice, then we can say goodbye :(
Nah I think we still get him
Couldn’t ask for an easy opening set of fixtures. Should be aiming for maximum points going up against Manchester City.
Some United fans gonna be mad. But there were never any serious links to KMJ from Manchester based journalists, unlike those upwards Mount and even Hojlund.
Main targets are a midfielder, striker and maybe a goalkeeper depending on budget.

By Plasma Go To PostIf we sign another striker then Jesus can come in and play RW when Saka needs a rest.
Good point.

What if Kai is one of the shit ones?
By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostI am also interested to see what we do with Balogun. It won't be marquinhos it'll be Cozier-Duberry. He's been packing and smoking first teamers in training
If he and Marquinhos are ready to step up then that would be amazing.

Nice, I am all for giving our own youngsters chances.
Just turned 18.
Doesn't Rice just do the job that City bought Kalvin Philips for?
Looks more like West Ham using big names to get Arsenal to up their bid.

By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostNice, I am all for giving our own youngsters chances. His game is bizarrely very very similar to Saka as well. It's actually kinda unfortunate for him that he plays for us instead of a different team

City can bid Kalvin + 80m
Supposedly we've bid 50 for Maddison and Barnes. Good thing we definitely have a DoF to manage these decisions and aren't just winging shit

do it

For fake Haaland? What is going on…
By Laboured Go To PostlmfaoBut RM can pick up Jude for 88 million Sunaks no questions asked?
No one had heard of the lad until it was rumoured we were interested.
The Mail reporter isn't someone you'd associate with accurate United info. It could be that Atalanta want more than the rumoured £45m for Hojlund. But they probably aren't getting £80m either.
Every story that breaks does get you nervous though. We've been promised a proper clear out for years, but because we're so bad at signing our priority targets, the manager holds on to players he'd rather not have, just so he has enough bodies.

By FortuneFaded Go To PostCity should let him go if they offer £35-40m. Anything less than that though has to be a non-starter as he can still contribute in a big way -- haven't really seen any drop off in quality since he isn't about running by guys any more.
First game of the season vs Vinnie should be really interesting! Doubt City will make much of a run at Rice, but if Gundo and Bernardo leave then there will be a few big signings needed.
The other teams in the league shouldn't be letting Arsenal have a free run at Rice unless he's communicated that's where he wants to go. I think he's good enough to get into any of their midfields.
I really think Chelsea should convince him that they'll be back in the Champions League before long and their future is bright under Poch. Would help convince Mount to stay as well, who the manager really rates.

Remember Ismaila Sarr? Journalists stuck for a story could break out the typewriter and link him to your club.
By Cleff Go To PostNot the news I wanted mate.
Apparently some documents from Companies House have been published that confirm Qataris are on the verge of a take over
I’m massively looking forward to the mental gymnastics of all United fans that talked the talk of how they’d never support an oil club, a club with owners with poor human rights records, etc I could go on and on.
Who will be the United Kermit? I'd suggest doicare but you lads got rid of him because you couldn't stand his winning ways in the bru
Enough chit chat about Arsenal splashing the cash, JesalR. Bring me tales of Levy doing Levy things in the transfer market. #Cheapskate
I should note that while it is strictly speaking a criminal offence to do so (and I can only think of one person to have ever been prosecuted for it), it is very easy to fake this stuff.
Edit: Nvm it's just an old filing.

Imagine trying to get one over Horse. He’s a Managing Associate Legal Director for good reason, lads.
