Kane going to Madrid means we won't spend three months attempting to sign him at least.
They'll also have plenty of money to sign Maguire off us.

By Perfect Blue Go To PostThis is surely BS, right?Almost had Messi being managed by Philip Neville.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostThis is surely BS, right?heard that idea is they buy him and loan him to Barca this season
What an amazingusing instance of the universe we live in, where the only way Barça can afford Messi’s return is a loan from Beckham’s MLS club.
See, there I was, assured that Levy should be prostrating himself at New Woodward’s feet to try and sell Kane
By Cleff Go To PostUse the money on a new goalkeeper, I beg.Didn't he get benched for Navas?

Morning, lads. Has Kane left for R. Madrid yet?

The inter miami thing seems most likely
Only 35m for Alexis Mac Allister. Steal.
"Messi's decision is down to Inter Miami or Barca and that joining a club from Saudi is 'not under consideration'"
I'm sure it has been, but if this is to be believed then he's narrowed his options down to two. You'd think it would have been reported everywhere by now though.

Don't really understand the mechanics behind Mac Allister only being £35m. Is Romano reliable with transfer fees, or just the actual signings.
Expect he'll be something of a Wijnaldum for us which is great as we're badly lacking an energetic midfielder who can do a bit of everything now Henderson can barely run.

By NiceGuy Go To PostDon't really understand the mechanics behind Mac Allister only being £35m. Is Romano reliable with transfer fees, or just the actual signings. It's because he had a release clause. He was out of contract and only re-signed earlier this year, presumably to give Brighton a chance to get something back. They in turn have him a low release clause.

Whether it's actually 35m I don't know. I'm sure we'll see plenty of back and forth as Brighton insist Liverpool paid #thefullamount and Liverpool insist on much lower figures. Not really sure why Romano is going to bat for the Liverpool side though

It's like they've taken the same approach to the club sale as they do for player acquisition.

Madrid stocking themselves with the best young midfield talent for the next decade. Bellingham, Camavinga and Tchouameni is a ridiculous trio. No club has ever built from a position of strength as well as this.
Must be nice to support a team that has its forward planning so well ironed.
Our starting midfielders are good, but both were bought last season and are probably already past their peak.
