By Punished Go To PostThink there'll be an extra CL spot next season too through the coefficient.Yep. Top 5 into the new league format.
would've been an incredible precedent, just start buying up parts of clubs if they got a player you like
By Laboured Go To Post#ToddblockedFrom the club that owns 20% of Sporting de Braga.
By Punished Go To PostThink there'll be an extra CL spot next season too through the coefficient. It's based on each years coefficient, so it'll depend how the PL clubs do next seasono
Oof, wiki says Sporting only have 50% of Ugarte's rights so Famalicão should get half that fee. No note on his entry that Sporting paid to get rid of the sell-on fee later but I am sure Martins can fill us in. Generally unless the money is paid in a lump, release clauses aren't really honored so that all sounds like a genuinely terrible outcome for them. Decent profit (€23.5 m) either way at least though. His original team from Uruguay would get 20% of Famalicao's €30m.
You've had league and Champions League winning managers at Spurs who have been a disaster in so many ways. I would say largely in part due to their attitudes and negative football that they play. They never connected with the fans, or the club in general.
A lot of Tottenham fans adore Poch and he won nothing at the club. If Ange can get the team playing nice, attacking football, and not have a sour face and appear miserable in every interview, that'll be a step forward.
If he fails and ends up sacked in a year or two, well then, he's in good company. What can you do.

Sporting are famous for being absolutely awful at this, and the money always disappears. Their fans like to point at Porto and Benfica and say they are run by crooks, so clueless.
Like I said the other day, Ange is highly thought of within CFG.. winning the title for Yokohama was a big deal and he was given that position due to his time coaching in Australia and all the info they have from the involvement there. I think it will be a great hire.

We could buy an extra 10% for 2M€ at the 30, 60 and 90 games played so we had 70% last week but it's been reported that we managed to negotiate with Famalicão to get the extra 10% that would have been reached next season.

💀 PSG saw a story from...The Mirror, and wrote a letter about it?

“Now the executive Scott Munn is appointed as the CFO (Chief Football Officer) of the English football club Tottenham Hotspur FC.”
“Ange Postecoglou is an Australian…”

By Scum Go To PostRumors already swirling about Massara as a potential replacement for Giuntoli.
I still think Accardi is the likelier one, if ADL can’t convince Giuntoli to stay.

"Sarbjot Johal, a 21-year-old entrepreneur, is trying to save crisis-stricken Wigan Athletic."
"Johal is based in Solihull and oversees the Vitanic, Lovely Drinks and Sarb Capital brands but his net worth is unknown and documents on the Companies House website show no obvious signs of significant wealth.
He invested in Morecambe earlier this year and was set to become the new owner subject to EFL approval yet Morecambe were relegated to League Two last month and the situation remains unresolved.
Wigan, recently relegated from the Championship, are in a financial mess and have still not paid the players or coaching staff for the month of May. Other bills are also stacking up and the club now needs significant investment just to get through to July."
rip Wigan

By inky Go To PostMath doesn't check out.
By FortuneFaded Go To PostThis would tell me that you were wrong: Maldini leaving cancels out all of Milan.
I’ll accept my doctorate in mathematics now, thanks.
