One big problem is when the team intercepts or a balls falls to them in or around the box, there's no composure to find anyone to start a counter, it's striaght hoof or kick it to safety. Most of the time it's straight to the opposition and it's panic stations.
Technical ability and assurance in themselves is just threadbare. Gets even worse when the pressure mounts or the team needs something.
