Yeah Barry Glendenning was on FW saying that a relative of Sterling's claims he wants to go to Arsenal. I'd be really disappointed in our club if we sold him to Arsenal. Pretty much the only PL club I'd be okay with is Man City.
Re: Benteke I'm mostly referring to the fact that almost all his goals are headers and his passing rate is sub70%. Jack Grealish is a hell of a player who we should be pulling all the stops out to sign. He could replace Sterling.

When RvP fucked off to have Fergie fiddle with the little boy inside him i wanted to die.

Like I said I'd be very disappointed. Arsenal have the cheapest squad of the top 4 and are the most fragile, we should be attempting to overhaul them, not feed them our best players.

Benzema, Cech (Most important) and Schneiderlin and we will be awesome next season with depth and enough quality. Don''t want Sterling, his attitude this second half of the season has totally turned me off him. The amount he would cost would not be worth it and I detest the thought of seeing Theo playing for Liverpool. Fuck that.
By Scabro Go To PostI like Sterling but wouldn't give up Walcott for him. Still think its most likely he goes to City. What does Walcott do for our team tho? Sure, he scores goals (and his hat-trick on Sunday was nice) but as a team player, he doesn't really contribute much.
Edit: I would love Cech, still cant see Mou letting him go to us tho, lol.

Sounds like Mou doesn't have much of a say in it, and that Roman being as friendly with Cech as he is, will let him go to Arse.

Really good output in assists and goals. His crossing had improved alot too. I don't know, i feel like as promising as Sterling is, we have a valuable player in Walcott. Plus we have Gnabry back healthy and i think he is gonna a revelation next season. Don't see the real need for Sterling.

Im not sure what to think of him as a striker though. He was good last game but every other time he has played there he has been painfully mediocre. Bad movement, not good enough passing, dribbling not good enough to create for himself.
I think people underrate Ospina, but Cech would be incredible.

You really believe our team is more fragile than Man Utd at this point in time? Even without our targets? Take away the names and look at the reality of who is playing well. Man Utd need almost an overhall to challenge for the PL next season, we need three pieces to have a squad capable, that alone shows the difference of where we are at.

Personally I'm not convinced, he has the same arguements thrown at him (lack of pace in behind makes him easier to play against). Obviously all round a better player than Giroud but I'm probably being unrealistic in what I want, but I want someone who can hold the ball up, interlink but when the time is right can make a run in behind (doesnt have to have blistering pace) which Benzema really doesnt offer. But Schniderlin/Carvahlo/Vidal I'd be happy for either or tbh, maybe get rid of some players who are talented but just not going to get into our first team at the moment. Cambpell, Podolski, Diaby, Flamini all need to go.
I can understand your comments on Sterling and maybe something I should consider more, I think I'm indifferent on whether he comes or goes.

Walcott in form does an INCREDIBLE amount for the team. He is the only one of our players who generally prefers to do his work without the ball, he will constantly sit on the last shoulder of the defender, times his runs brilliantly, and creates more space for other to play. And I honestly mean this, Theo is probably our best finisher. He makes Ozil x5 better because he's so willing to run off the ball. Even with all the chances he's been missing recently have you not ever noticed how's CONSTANTLY in getting through one on one to goal.

YES SCABRO
This guy is going to tear up the PL next season if he gets the opportunity, I've been watching him since he's come back from injury and jesus this guy is so fucking good. Imagine being able to dribble like sterling, with the strength of Ox and the pace of Walcott and being more intelligent than all three of them.

Pretty much the only PL club I'd be okay with is Man City.I mean I understand why Arsenal is attractive to him. London and we look like we're making progress and only need a few pieces to make it to the top. He probably feels he can be one of those. I still maintain if we can keep our core of 8 players (that includes any new additions better than what we currently have) fit for a whole season we will win the league. Chelsea had 11 players who played 25+ games this season. We had like 5 maybe.

Any sub-top team can win the league if all the pieces fall into place at the right moments. But how often does that actually happen? It happened with Atletico last season, but that's an extreme rarity.
By S@l Go To PostloooolIt'll be delicious when we actually do it. Based Shad seems to have sorted us out on the injury front.
Where the fuck is Arnie

This is potentially true, we're developing and honestly if we have A+ transfer window we should be able to compete with most Europe tbh. It very rare for teams to have an A+ transfer window, I'd be happy with B, which would include three players (Keeper, DM and forward) depending on those personnel will decide my thoughts for next season.
Good time to be a gooner.

See, I take the piss out of Vinny Kompany's destiny chatter even though City have recently, repeatedly won things.
"We're gonna win the league [if we keep a certain number of players fit]" is a chant, m8. Not a serious statement.
By S@l Go To PostSee, I take the piss out of Vinny Kompany's destiny chatter even though City have recently, repeatedly won things.I don't know there's a high correlation between keeping your core fit vs having a large squad. Mourinho played the same players time and time again this year and they did the double. When Liverpool finished in the top 2, similar case, even when they did it with Benitez. The invincibles was a similar scenario also. Titles are won by keeping your best players out of the physio's room.
