By Dan Go To PostWtf did foden even do in that game haha
Probably still salty over the time Foden turned him on the half way line, ran the length of the pitch and scored.
By Laboured Go To PostBruno somehow in the squad for tonight.
By Batong Go To PostFijne Koningsdag Bud et alThanks! The royals are in Rotterdam so bud and I will be there to throw rotten eggs at them.
By Elliott Go To PostMorning ladsSeeing the J Brand meltdown over the past few weeks brings an extra splash of joy to every one of my days.

Nothing to annoy Ben White apart from providing an assist to Haaland.
Personally, I think somethings gone on in the past.
I align myself with the thinking that White left the England camp at the World Cup because of a fall out with key members of the squad and coaching staff.
Is this Pep video about his kids going to school with “Indian people, black people, normal people” A.I deepfake or what?

By rossonero Go To PostApparently Allegri went berserk after the game yesterday. Nice.He did that after we beat them on Sunday, too, then intensified the antics after the loss in the Coppa Italia yesterday. The assistant coach even received a one-match ban for his outburst at the end of the Napoli match.
We still hold most times of being top at Christmas and then failing though.
Not very oscillating at all.

By Vini.lad Go To PostWe haven't been behind on points yet this seasonFortune does the math check out here?
At worst we were level if I'm not mistaken.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostFortune does the math check out here?Arsenal were behind Spurs then City at the start of the season due to goal difference.
By FortuneFaded Go To PostArsenal were behind Spurs then City at the start of the season due to goal difference. If you count that, we were also behind city on gd when they beat us at the Emirates.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostMaybe not the year for you to be taking pot shots.
It is the history of the Arsenal
Yeah I'd rather lose to a team winning the treble at a 90 points pace than anyone elses season. Call it bottle if you like but this very community was debating whether we should sack Arteta if we don't get top 4 the first week of the season
By Dr3upMushroom Go To PostMaybe not the year for you to be taking pot shots. This is the perfect year actually. If we were good I wouldn’t care what happened to any other team
Football would be proper shit if you could only snipe at teams that are having a worse season than your's
By NiceGuy Go To PostFootball would be proper shit if you could only snipe at teams that are having a worse season than your'sNegative, I’ve been enjoying Pool’s, Spuds’, and Chelsea’s seasons.
By Willkiller Go To PostArsenal have had a great season
It is also 100% a bottle job
Facts, two things can be true.
Take comfort in the fact we shouldn't be hear if you like. Running scared from the truth if you ask me.

Focus on not falling into the relegation zone imo.
Very embarrassing from Jamie lol
By NiceGuy Go To PostFootball would be proper shit if you could only snipe at teams that are having a worse season than your'sRight? United have sucked for a decade now and you think that stopped us? Please...
I wasn't really old enough to know what football was like pre SAF, but the idea he pioneered squad rotation has to be insane right?

Nope. Whiskeynose invented the "substitution" in 1999

By JesalR Go To PostI wasn't really old enough to know what football was like pre SAF, but the idea he pioneered squad rotation has to be insane right?I won’t pretend to be an expert, but I do know that an emphasis on squad depth and rotation has increased very significantly in the past few decades. Look at, say, a season by Milan in the 80s and you’ll see the same guys playing every match. Of course, there were also fewer competitions and shorter seasons then.
An article from The Athletic a few years ago claimed “rotation seemed to be the ‘in’ thing back in 1998-99,” and included the following graph:

Think also the intensity of the game increasing is a factor here too. Pressing and off ball work especially
The ball is already in the air on that still lol
Looked fairly clearly onside to me from the replay that actually showed the ball being struck

Froggie's strength was versatility and extremely effective counter-play more than one strongly defined philosophy.
I don't mean counter attacking (which he was great at too), but straight up specific counter setups to each specific opponent. At a time when 4-4-2 was the dominant basic strategy, United's could morph from it into anything like 4-2-3-1 with a 10 in the hole, 4-2-4, 4-3-3, 4-5-1 and win. And his variety of strikers that could play wide, in the box, even in midfield is part of what Gary is saying I think.
Man knew how to win, and sometimes that meant not being shackled by dogmatic notions of football imo.

feel this is where Artetas general naivety is costing us, Pep adapted in both games to counter our game while we tried to just play our game as normal.
