Nooo...you interpreted it that way. It's clearly presented as a rapper's potential knowledge of the English language, the size of their vocabulary based on the amount of different words they used in the first 3500 words written and published. It has nothing to do with who has "more to say". It's simply an analytical exercise in vocab range. That's it.
