dream is going off on gaf lol.
About that idiot in Hockey? of course the guy is getting shit for a) doing the same thing each year and having nothing to show for it, b) doing it during the handshake line when shit like that is put aside for sportsmanship reasons.
only worse than that is sanjuro
evan turner is incapable of looking anything other than emoLove this @pacers team. We are a #BandOfBrothers.LeBron is about to send Hibbert to the asylum

Is this one of those images games put on the screen to adjust your brightness, because Scola face says I need to adjust my slider.
Heat are only 2 point favorites for game 1. I'd be all over that if I didn't want to tie money up for 3 days.
Just landed back in OKC after hours of delays at the airport.
WOOHOO FUCK YEAH!
Bring on those old men from down south. We'll run them just like we did during the regular season.*

I legitimately think the NBA just doesn't want me to get invested in it or take it seriously as a pro sport. I am debating if I will even bother to do so after this year. If the charade continues and the Zombies chip then I'm done for good.

That thread is unbearable now
Can somebody please save Ninja Scooter
LOL he's now wearing a Spurs logo. He should be a Rockets fan.
That thread is simply a cesspool with Konex and NotUnknown being the most prominent posters.

Does anyone even remotely believe this?
All mid-markets left. That lockout was for what again?
Miami, Indianapolis, San Antonio and Oklahoma City are mid-size markets.
All mid-markets left. That lockout was for what again?Aside for Miami, all of other team seem fit as good example how the good team building should be.

People who believe in UFOs.
i mean who really wants to see the fucking pacers in an nba finals*raises hand*
Why?
'cause he wants OKC to play them and not the Heat.

Your team collapsed and I don't know if OKC is really better, but your team collapsed. No excuses.

Dumb
I think the WCF is a toss up. So many things are up in the air atm:
1. How healthy are Parker and Ibaka?
2. Which version of Manu shows up and for which games?
3. Can Pop trick Brooks into playing Perkins as much as possible?

he has at least stated he was rooting for them, unless I read wrong
Chris Paul will never get past the 2nd round.
In what world is OKC a mid size market? Its like bottom 3 in the NBA.
Edit: And really SA. They are like 27 or something.

I must've read that wrong then.
I have NO confidence that Indiana can win a game 7 on their own home floor. They'll be so shook and nervous, they'll spend the first quarter shooting 30% from the field.
As much as I want the Pacers to do it, I don't see them beating this Heat team in 5 or less games (no way Miami loses game 6 on their home floor).
So Heat in whatever,

Thats only if one of his teammates don't do it first.

To make the owners of the biggest markets, the Dolans, the Buss, the Prokhorovs, to share their mega profits to cheapskates like Dan Gilbert.
I haven't posted in a while, but I think the clippers losing is hilarious. Doc Rivers is such a fraud.

I think we're past the point where the conspiracy stuff is transparently untrue.
The Knicks, Lakers and Celtics didn't even make the playoffs. Among the other big markets, Houston and Chicago, got bounced in the first round. And I don't know why the NBA would rather have Oklahoma City win that series rather than the inspiring we-banded-together-and-defeated-racism Clippers, who have two mega-marketable stars, play in a huge, glamorous market. And oh yeah, they're about to go on sale, and winning never hurts market value, the one thing owners prize above all else.
The conspiracy stuff for the most part just doesn't wash. Yeah, KD might be headed to the finals - he's also having the best season of anyone since Jordan, so so what?
And I say this as a fan of the team that got knocked out on by far the sketchiest non-call of the post season.

I disagree with that, Lebron had the better season. Anyways I remember when I believed in conspiracies and whatnot. Hilarious.

So fresh. So clean. Especially his right hand making contact first...not to mention the Deron tackle before it. Forever plz.

Yes that is in fact a clean block, even the announcers said so at the time. It's been two weeks since your team was relevant and you're still crying in the playoffs thread.

Gotcha. Moving on.
Miami in 5 - not that I don't think Indy will put up a fight, I believe in their D more than most people, but the Heat are in that godmode right now where they can just coast and choke out the other team whenever they feel like expending some energy.
Spurs in 6 - I think this is going to be a tough series, and with Durant being as good as he has been (and Westbrook being able to pick up his slack), an OKC win wouldn't shock me either. But as a team they haven't seemed all that cohesive, the coach seems overmatched in every series, and as always the two stars are barely on the same page. Gotta go with the wiley vets on this one.
One of the thunder reporters tweeted out that Ibaka left the team plane in a walking boot and an assistant coach was holding crutches
