So RBR win the DWC/CWC again without even a challenge. Liberty Media will have to do something to keep audiences.

10 place grid penalty
Goodnight:(((
10 grid penalty in race 2 of the season, not even Honda managed to achieve that
What a team
“It’s something that we never experienced in the past,” said Vasseur.
“I hope now it’s under control, that we have a deep analysis on this.
“But unfortunately, we have to take the penalty in Jeddah.”

And RaceWeek, R2 GP of Saudi-Arabia
Based on last one we might as well not start, but this is a completely different lay-out with different demands (smoother tarmac, less wear) so lets give it a chance.
Second most "full throttle" track of the year, so downforce efficiency here far more important and when the car was running in Bahrain, Ferrari looked a lot better at it than last year. Still some high speed corners, so you do need enough downforce to not loose time in those parts and RBR looked a lot better at that than last year in Bahrain. So both teams looked to have worked on last year weakness and curious to see how that works out in lap times.
Can AM bring the fight to Merc/Ferrari, really no clue but see no real reason why not (unless to draggy, were a bit down on top-speeds last week with higher downforce wing). Merc had better speed than last year in Bahrain, but smaller wing than rest so how will that work-out when everyone drives with smaller wing? Alpine might look bit better with a less bumpy track and their stiffer suspension set-up. Williams had the straight-line speed, but do they have enough downforce and what can McLaren do if they have fixed their tech issues. AT less low speed corners should help them, Haas last year struggled at D-Efficient tracks and Alfa with the use of better Ferrari PU another q3 top ten race, why not based on Bahrain.
- Track changes a little, wall in the high speed section moved backward to provide drivers with cleaner view (one corner slightly made sharper/less speed)
- And final DRS detection zone moved to after corner, they probably did not like the DRS games last year (thought it was fun :( )
Lets hope field closes up more than last race, otherwise it is going to be a "it is lonely at the front" season, hope dies last innit

Lets hope Ferrari, new ICE for both drivers, was bringing their PU in gently, otherwise lonely weekend at the front. RBR/Aston 2 runs soft, Fer/Merc one hard set and one red. Aston does not have the top speed of the rest, but quick in rest. Lando did not end run on reds, probably also related to his new ICE? Perez new gearbox to the pool, was reported they had big issues with them previous race (had to drive a lot slower in Rce, : hoorah: ), so no surprise there, other than Max also?
At least another close midfield battle
Oh noooo

By KP Go To PostVictor Martins looks the real deal.I don't know what they are doing at ART, but 6/7 tenths pole after Pourchaire last race, again
And leclerc gonnan leclerc
Max definitely winning his third. Ferrari and Mercedes in are in turmoil and Nando is alive to troll everyone at the front

Replace McLaren with ART at this point.
Looks a fun F2 season though. Rookies flying.
FP2:
Would say looks similar to last week, differences
- Gaps in long-runs a lot smaller between the teams and less drop-off.
- Ferrari bit of single lap, but with PU issues expect them to turn it up bit more from Q. on (if no issues)
- Alpine on less bumpier tracks works indeed, they thought so since testing now we can see it as well
Fernando the only one at the front that could push in S1 on his first lap on reds, rest backed out of it after few corners
And if you ignore RBR/Fernando, there is a second gap between Ocon and Valteri at last. Really hope that stays around that number during the season, as errors would actually cost you in Q and R

What an amazing close season, less than sec between p3 and last (Yuki mediums, Nick PU issue)
If RBR wasn't there, also new gearbox for Max today, I think all related to the problems in Bahrain

Martins in for Ocon next season.
Why did Steve Rogers get his time deleted?
By FortuneFaded Go To PostFerrari this weekend:Ferrari at the end of the season💀💀
Surprised with Williams (Sargeant error, deleted lap was fast enough, dumb and error also cost Albon lap), Alpine further back but only 4 tenths to row 3
