By FootbalIFan Go To PostHow long is this fucking breakyou need to email China m8
Markao email F1 and tell them to hurry up
Chinese GP (corona rules) should have been in between the last and the next one, but now we have that long 4 week break, so 3 left.
after 4 weeks it is RACE WEEK again, first Sprint Race weekend (info new rules below)
First race this season with really low downforce packages, but based on SA you would think RBR got this covered. If not Q, definitely more in race, as this is another rear limited track (like the 1st). Ferrari (if PU at full beans) and AM (need low downforce, most drag top 4) were a bit better on rear limited track than Mercedes, but that was race 1 and teams will have better understanding of their car by now. But will probably be close again between those 3, but would say behind RBR.
Also first bigger updates will be brought to Baku, Alpine hopeful with the extra performance of their new floor they will bring, can they close gap to top4. Williams very slick, so if they can go fast enough through S2, they might be a nice surprise. Last season Haas had no low downforce set-up, so hope for them they had some budget to bring some different front/rear wings to the highspeed party. McLaren very draggy, believe their update path starts here, but don't think they expect it to help here.
Hope the new tarmac is less bumpy than last years "my back hurts" version of the track.

I like this new sprint format. Think it makes the real qualify important again, as it should, and it brings us more real competition to the whole event. Also it will make the sprint race more forgiving in case of any mistakes, which will probably mean more drama and fighting there.
The time of the sprint shootout tho. 6:30 am to me, on the weekend which are the only days of the week that I can sleep a little more.
