I'm not sure what lucid dreaming is but if by the definition is as I read then I used to do that all the time after those heavy drug binges but had to train my body to sleep. Felt like i was on the astral plane tbh, would be conscious in thought all night but wake up with a rested body.
I don't have nightmares, my subconscious may hate me but cuts me slack there.
Unrelated to dreams and nightmares my mom had a little dinner yesterday and invited a bunch of people. My father's cousins Terry and Jeff were there, I had never met Jeff til yesterday but I had met his sister Terry once, she looks like my grandmother which is cool. But, after Jeff left, Terry came up to me and asked me if I'd help him lift/move stuff and I said sure, he's family. My father saw them again today and texted me like "Did you tell Jeff you'd lift with him? You can't take Jeff to the gym, he's got a bad heart" which was a surprise to me cause when his sister asked me I assumed she meant lift and move furniture at his house. This man is in his mid 60s or early 70s, my father told them I don't lift anymore either but we were cracking up.

Finally got my car back from my ex AND she still gonna make payments on it until April, when she says she's gonna pay off my debt so I can afford the car payments. She also gave me the kitchen aid back and an $800 Breville she bought with her other ex's credit card lmao
