Covid helped me weed out lots of people naturally
And I discovered JRPGs, I'd say that's as good as getting married ๐
I feel like I'm in a new chapter in my life after discovering nirozal and certaindri.

Cats are gud for the sake of having one
As the time approaches I'm realising that I'm kinda terrified of flying, even if I know that it's statistically irrational. Hopefully not so bad that it gets to the point where I'm having a panic attack on take-off.

Want something to dominate your house? Get a cat.
What blackace said lol what do you want? Dogs are basically toddlers except you dont have to waste money sending them to uni and they expire in a few years
By NiceGuy Go To PostCats are gud for the sake of having oneI feel like this will only get worse with time. Test yourself with like 1-2 hours flights? That's effectively 30-45 mins on air maybe. Good odds!

my friend designs planes for a big company and he told me that he feels way less safe on a plane ever since getting that job. ๐ซ

I really donโt like cats but being alone in this new house is making me want some company. And a dog seems like more work so I donโt know.
Just keep the cat indoors unless you want to be their doorman for life.
I got 2 Indoor ones and they're way more affectionate then out door ones Ive met.

By DY_nasty Go To PostAlso consistently in awe at how my cat adheres to a schedule better than I do.
The fact you don't have to walk a cat rain/sleet/snow or risk it going temporarily insane due to inactivity is also nice ijs
toss a bottlecap or some balled up foil and you good for the day

I definitely got the cat brain worms but they make good company and don't need training or walks. A dog is a job. A cat is a friend.
I actually want a dog but my work schedule just doesn't allow it. Never had a cat so I don't really know what to expect. People seem to like them I guess.

Not really but people who wanna hate on cats always think every single one is a super independent asshole.

They are loving creatures that do want attention, but only on their terms and will let you know very quickly (sometimes painfully) when they no longer want something.

Nobody owns a cat. We just pay for the rights to be owned by one lol
In actually like pets, but dislike the negative externalities enough that Iโm fine never owning another one
It's remarkable how my cat has measured out my wingspan to the point where it is exactly one inch outside of arm's reach no matter where I'm sitting.
To pet it, I must always make a conscious effort to do so. Astounding really.

lmao yes.
My brother got a cat recently and he's completely different. Comes to you, rolls his massive frame over and wants his belly rubbed. I think he might lack that gene that regulates muscle growth because he's fucking ripped. His neck is bigger than my sister in law's ๐

You guys have to pay 30 Sunaks to buy it though (which I don't see any of). I could have spent around 3,000 Bidens and it would have been open access.
The official citation includes the words "Data Anal.". I'm a fan.

It's amazing how much more comfortable IEM's are after being treated for allergies and teeth grinding. What used to feel like uncomfortable pressure after a couple minutes now feels like just a normal, good seal.

30 Brexits?! But I've reached the limit of my ptychography research budget.
Walked 9 miles around DC today after taking the metro there from New Carrollton or something
Washington monument, WW2, Lincoln, MLK, Korea, Jefferson, saw Marine One land at the White House, got a milkshake from a food truck after a bird shat on my head, went into the Air and Space museum, walked right up to the Capitol building and watched the sun set across the gardens. Then to the Supreme Court on the way to the metro. Was surprised by how close you can still get to the Capitol and Supreme Court.
The scale of the buildings there is pretty astounding as someone with little experience of cities.
