Made popular in part because Mormons are not supposed to drink alcohol or coffee, so soda was the alternative to both .. just something besides water and for caffeine delivery.
They take sodas and add other stuff ala a coffee shop. Somethng like a Mtn Dew + Peach + Raspberry puree + Cream. I'm a fan but also i probably like soda too much.
The largest chain is expanding to other states (including Florda). Please respect our culture.

Man, look. I've been there and didn't regularly see a dentist (except I managed to kick soda when I was younger) for years as well, but once you get over the anxiety of it it'll be to your huge benefit. I went through a bunch of stuff:
- wisdom teeth removal
- 2 years of ortho
- multiple crowns
- multiple fillings
- fixing chipped front teeth
And I'm glad I did. If money / insurance isn't holding you back, you have no excuse.
I'm also looking into fixing a few small receding gumlines and that one I am dreading.

Very glad I did 3 years ago too (prep for getting on the transplant list, was a requirement), but now havent been since.
The money isnt what is holding me off, but I truly had some horrible experiences there, that makes me only go when it is necessary. Which is bad, cause one of my wisdom teeth should really be pulled out at this point.

I was in a queue for the MET, AMNH, and Liberty Island Ferry.
The only museum that had a sensible queue was Moma which had no reservations and a general queue that was first come first served. Best museum I visited because it felt like a European museum.
