It stands for One Day International, I think county and club teams play the format as well but it's easier to just say ODI.
As someone who just sporadically pokes his nose into the sport, I find it a good middle ground between Test and T20.

Just did a takeaway lunch at a chicken place called, Raising Cane's. Only their third location in Maryland. They have a place closer to Baltimore that is always very busy, but I've never been in.
I had to take a friend to pick up his car out in the county and this place was having their grand opening, so we stopped off and waited to give it a go.
It's nothing special. It's fine but not worth waiting in a line for or paying $12.

It is. There’s on in Costa Mesa and now close to me in Tustin. Always long waits too.
The chicken is better than meh but nothing special, but everything else is mid to worse. Texas toast is not good at all and they give you like a tablespoon full of just ok coleslaw. It’s not cheap either.
The original location in Baton Rouge is pretty good, but yeah, it's not special, other than the sauce.
The chicken itself is good quality chicken, but it isn't seasoned. That's what the sauce is for.
I will say that the Texas toast, at least at the locations closest to Baton Rouge, are pretty good, imo.
The fries are absolutely horrid. Just awful shit. The coleslaw is a step up but still not worth getting (the only coleslaw I like is from Mike Anderson's Seafood, though).
Really, the place gets by on good quality chicken, tasty sauce, and fast service. The limited menu really helps those strengths.

Speaking of hashbrowns, I had made a rojo sauce for Chilaguiles a couple weeks ago without realizing I was out of corn tortillas to fry, the white ass hash browns were a wonderful substitute for a more fusion style of hash brown
