I want to get tickets for the Chelsea vs Man City game on Jan 5th but they’re not on sale yet?!?Depends on the club but usually for big PL teams (aside from City who never fill up their stadium) the league games won't go on general sale because the tickets go to season ticket holders first and then people who are members. At Arsenal the only way you can get a ticket is if you sign up to be a member and then get one on ticket exchange from somebody with a season ticket who doesn't want to go and puts their seat up for sale.

Tickets for home Premier League matches go on sale 42 days before the match. Tickets can be applied for as follows:
Week 1 – one ticket per member
Week 2 – two extra tickets per season ticket holder and member (maximum of three per person).
Week 3 – general sale (four tickets per person)
All match ticket sales are subject to availability.
