The Raptors are requesting permission to talk to other assistant coaches, too, sources said.
The Raptors also secured permission to speak to Las Vegas Aces coach Becky Hammon, sources said. Hammon led the franchise to the 2022 WNBA championship and was voted the league's coach of the year. She spent eight seasons as an assistant with the Spurs.
By blackace Go To PostI think the Hawks trade Young 🤔To the Bulls for DeRozan. Murray and DeRozan reunited.

I don't even know if you can get value for Trae. If he's your best player you've got a low ceiling because the team needs to be built around him and you need very specific types of players to put around him.
No one is trading for Trae and/or Collins and giving you back something valuable in return.
On an unrelated note I think KAT would fit in well with the Warriors.

First thing the Hawks need to do is try to get off that Collins contract. Then I'd see if I could get more of a two way center. They'd be extremely tough to guard with a stretch 5 that could rim protect a little. Porzingis or a Myles Turner type.
That's fantastic.
Jeanie needs to follow suit.
Miss those days I can watch Laker games on Kcal 9.
And clippers was on that trash ass KCOP ch.13 that no one actually watched.

Does a large Clippers fan presence exist somewhere online?
Sometimes fans choose different places as home. Some SBNation sites are active, some have a big realgm forum presence, some all collect in places like the cavs fan forum and lakersground. I haven't found a place where I can find a lot of clipper talk yet :X.

My nephew is just doing skill development for the next few years, he may get 1 summer to try AAU just to see how he does, but for the most part all his games are from playing with his school or doing pickup with me where he plays against grown men in 5 v 5.
He's in a 3x3 league now that his season is over, but that's once a week.

If it’s just scholarship I probably would only put him on the circuit Jr and maybe part of senior year until he gets his destination locked in. AAU exposure does help. You also need to be proactive about getting his tape out and getting him to camps.

My sister wants a scholarship for both of them, one does track and the little one does basketball & lacrosse, no specializing yet.
We have a family friend that has a good AAU team, he's got a standing offer from him and a few other teams too. Honestly, it's too early to be honest though, his skillset is great for a 6th grader but a big growth spurt is the real separator. He needs tape, camps and exposure if he ends up like 6'1", all that is moot if he ends up like my father and is 6'5+" 😂 They would find him, especially since he'd be playing in the PSAL.
Lonzos knees were destroyed by AAU
Those kids shouldn’t be playing that many games on a single day in so many consecutive days
Especially middle school, kids aren’t even their max height yet

Dallas tank comes off a bit worse in hindsight. Gotta imagine they could have been competitive with the way these playoffs have turned out.
I don’t think they would have beat Denver anyway
Who was gonna guard Jokic? Dwight Powell or whatever his name is? Minnesota was a better defensive team and still looked completely overmatched

10:30 est? Kinda shitty since the other game is 2 California teams. Not gonna see a minute of it gonna just assume we blow a 4th quarter lead
I'm kinda shocked (okay not really) at how hard people are going at Giannis' answer. Like, in the moment - and second language - there isn't a possible better response from the leader of a team who got smoked outside of the "don't blame us, blame me" shit that people get tired of immediately.
Kobe had zero problems straight up quitting on a team too lol. And Wizards Jordan shall not be mentioned ever apparently.

I thought he gave a good answer, too. It's not an easy question to receive.
I think Nike is cheapening it by running with a PR campaign 24 hours later.

nike is fiending for anything with traction these days and in a perpetual scramble. domino can confirm
Yea it's bad. They've lost their edge years ago when they decided their brand was about everyone just showing up in their gear and not about promoting their best athletes that succeed.
This goes a bit hand in hand with that.
"Congrats on participating, Giannis!" is how that reads when you boil a good lengthy answer down to PR speak in five words or less.
