By DY_nasty Go To Postthat's actually huge for teaching leverage and shoulder/hip control for ball handlers.
also - i want to take this time to state that the tennis ball dribbling stuff is fake news. made my handling worse if anything
Her whole page is great, so many of these IG trainers showing you advanced moves that superstars do but not smaller fine details of fundamentals. I do the tennis ball drill with my nephew, but for defense where he gotta slide and catch it before it hits the ground.

Love to see it, team full of clowns. They're under .500 against the West now after the lead clown said what he said.

Hand/ball drills, boxing, etc all helped there. If you know where to be on defense, the next most valuable thing to have his hand speed.
I also had an unorthodox basketball upbringing when it came to "picking spots". A lot of coaches and trainers teach one size fits all moves and counter moves maybe. I basically had entire days just scoring from one place on the court. Three point, off the catch, bullying my way there from full court, working screens, etc.
lol who was watching brooklyn vs celtics with simmons, durant and warren (e.g. 73% of the team’s cumulative length) out? not me, dawgs
By blackace Go To PostBest argument for MVP
By Kabro Go To PostBest argument for MVPehh not really. The Bucks only have a differential of 2.3 pts/100 possessions. The amount of players you could substitute there for Lebron would be pretty long.
Good argument that the Lakers bench is really bad, though.
Crazy that Dame is averaging 30.2 ppg and is 6th in scoring😂
Also still tripping that Embiid isn't a starter😂

Every loss is giving me hope this is the last year of brooks (either traded this week or not resigned.
Also I guess Steven Adams is important?

He just lead the league in FTA for January, has a career high in FTA/g (8.8), and still attempting less than:
Embiid 11.6/g
Luka 11.2/g
Giannis 13.2/g (!!!!)
SGA 10.1/g
Only Tatum shoots less at 8.6/g on the scoring leaders ahead of him.
if you all scale them down/up to Lillards 8.8/g keeping their FT%
you'd have
1. Luka 31.7 ppg
2. Tatum 31.3 ppg
3. Embiid 31.1 ppg
4. Lillard 30.2 ppg
5. Giannis 29.9 ppg
6. SGA 29.6 ppg
you'd have

3. Embiid 31.1 ppg
4. Lillard 30.2 ppg
5. Giannis 29.9 ppg
6. SGA 29.6 ppg
i messed up on embiid lol, that makes no sense. i need to recheck.
edit:
corrected it. so lillard improves to 4th if everybody took his amount of FTs. he would drop to 5th if you scale up LeBron (currently 6.2/g).

So I guess the rumor on that OG for 3 picks thing is the Knicks, which OK if it's Fournier that's the salary ballast. Hell, my very amateur GM brain had them trading Hart-Hartenstein and Cam Reddish plus a first then flipping it to the Bulls to get their own pick back for somebody young.
I'd take a Herb Jones-centered package over anything MEM/NYK has to offer for OG, especially since NOP can offer up the LAL FRP.
By reilo Go To PostGrizzlies are 23rd in halfcourt offense, yikesit is rough. outside of Ja, Jaren, and Bane no one else can score consistently.
All other teams below them are below .500
grizzlies aren't going to beat a pelicans offer probably. the picks the pels will give are better. It would depend on players and I just dont think grizzlies will put anyone up of value so unless Raptors just love Jake LaRavia or Ziaire Williams I don't see it.
Well yeah, but I doubt OG gets the touches he wants in NOLA either. Plus they'd have to start him at SG which is probably less than ideal. At least in Memphis he's 100% a starter at SF regardless.

ESPN put out Green, Williams, MEM 23, 25, GSW 24 which I think I might do? The GSW pick is the one I would be iffy on but it is also the pick that probably has the most variance on if it will be a good pic or not.

I think the Knick picks are better than those.
Best I'm giving up is Mavs 23, Knicks 24, Bucks 25 and Obi. That would keep the 3 unprotecteds and 3 swaps for a star trade on the table in the future.

Lottery protected FRP don't have the same value as an unprotected FRP in this upcoming loaded as hell draft.
Masai would be dumb to take quantity over quality.

Pels can't trade that pick unless it's for a star. That's an AD injury away from being one of the most valuable assets in the league. If the Lakers keep playing well trade the pick on draft night but not now.
