The problem with the referees is that there are three of them, and they have immediate access on the jumbotron and courtside to replays. Why do they make so many mistakes?

refs have already ruined the cha/mia game. asst coach on mia bench t'd up, spo heard exclaiming "i just want an explanation", dead ball foul to stop play and continue the talk, suddenly in the bonus, refs having to diplomat for each other because they don't know what's going on.... just dumb all around
